There is never anyone at the front desk. All questions, breakfast, beach towels, contact with the guide, information, etc. - in the neighboring BEST BELLA hotel. There are free maps and information about recreation, taxis, excursions, attractions, etc.
In the lobby of our hotel the doors are open and there is no air conditioning. The furniture is dirty upholstered and slightly torn.
The sign has faded. At the entrance there are two figurines of elephants, a ramp and an improvisation in the form of a waterfall.
Settled neither quickly nor for long. They wanted to take a deposit, but we did not have baht and did not take it.
There was no renovation for a long time. Everything is shabby and battered.
The bar is not open. On the ground floor there is a kettle and coffee with cream and sugar. Only 5 cups.
There is parking in front of the hotel entrance.

In the backyard, the pride of the hotel is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi. This is the best there is, because. in the heat it was cool to plunge into the clean fresh water of the pool. There are sunbeds with soft linings, a shower, tables with chairs. There is a jacuzzi and 3 comfortable steps in the water for the jacuzzi. Depth from 1.3 to 2.3m. The length and width are sufficient for 4-5 people to comfortably swim. There is a large tree in the shade of which it is good to hide. There is a green area with plants. Palm trees on the border of the territories of two hotels.
There is an elevator, but it's all scratched up. Everything needs updating or cosmetic repairs.
The rooms are dirty, in the corners and under the bed they are neither swept nor washed. Everywhere is covered. In general, a rag and 1 hour of cleaning work wonders with the number in terms of brilliance and frequency. And so everything is flooded and stained. In the bathroom itself, it was also dirty - they shoved it off. Cleaning for the fact and all. Although the dishes were washed when we did not have time before leaving. Were cleaned in the room for a long time. Bed linen and towels are changed every day (1 large and one small, and one common near the bath). Every day they brought 2 bottles of water, 2 bags of tea, 2 bags of coffee, 2 bags of cream, 2 bags of sugar.
In the room: double sofa bed, double bed (two single beds pushed together), 2 bedside stools on which lamps are tightly fixed, table, chair, table, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, sink, set of dishes for 2 persons, and plasma TV , and AIR CONDITIONER. There is a wardrobe and a safe. Also 2 pairs of slate slippers. But we didn't wear it. Bin. In the bathroom, a glass, soap in individual packaging, shower caps, cotton swabs, hair dryer, shampoo. Bathtub, shower head, toilet bowl with flushing hose, trash can.
There is a balcony, a sliding glass door, a curtain, an additional grill on the lock. On the balcony, a table and 2 chairs are made of plastic, but there is also an air conditioner unit there - heat and noise. There is also a large flower pot.
There is no mini bar in the room.
Everything in the room and in the hotel as a whole needs refurbishment or renovation. We were in 45 rooms on different floors and different levels.

Settled overlooking the courtyard of a neighboring hotel. Wishes indicated in the voucher and verbally are not taken into account immediately. We settled on the 4th floor. Went and asked for a room with a sea view. Moved to the 3rd floor with a sea view, albeit from 4 times))). The sea view is loudly said but still partially visible. And in order to be on the 4th, 5th or 6th floor and with a sea view, you need to pay extra 500 baht per day. And for numbers 401.402, 501.502, 601.602 you have to pay more than 1000 baht per day.
From the neighboring hotel, the ventilation and sewage treatment plants constantly make noise and loudly - you can’t open the window at all.
The breakfast is good and appetizing, lots of variety. But also in a nearby hotel.
The sauna does not work, the gym of the neighboring hotel is not allowed. There is no bar in the hotel - it is like a fake one. There are beach towels - take as you know, too, in a nearby hotel. There is wi-fi in principle, but it flew out, but not high-speed, but it was enough to talk to relatives via WhatsApp. If you wanted normal, then everything is in the hall, again, of the neighboring hotel))). TV - in the first room is terrible and only one Russian channel, and in the second room there are 2 channels and the picture quality is already better. The room has everything you need but at a minimum.
And about the location - the sea is really 150-200 m. But there is no beach there, no stones. the public beach is not far, 850-900 m but in the heat I want it to be 150-200m))). Walking Street is about 4 km away.
But on the other hand, this hotel is not located in a noisy place and there is no unnecessary noise and din of tourists and an abundance of transport. something like that.
Opposite a small shop and a private villa.
Some Sangteos (tuk-tuks) pass by (they then go to the fish market or to Sukhumvit).
By the way, there is a transfer to the DOLPHIN ring, although on foot it is 350m from the neighboring hotel))). And there are motorbike rentals.
There is also the Huge in PATTAYA and the newest "SEC TERMINAL 21".
Separately, there are condoms in the room. They cost 60 baht. In the first room were and in the other, in which we moved there was not. When we moved out, they wanted to charge us money for them. But having read the reviews before the trip, as soon as we entered the room, I immediately shot everything on video. And I advise you. Even with this video, I proved for 15 minutes that I didn’t take it - but I brought my own))).

Located in the north of the city. In a calm quiet corner. Not silent but calm. There is no fuss, no huge traffic, no bars and cafes, no tourists in large numbers. There are not many people in the hotel, it is not big itself. There is nothing for kids.
