We had a check-in at 14-00 on Saturday, check-out was at 15 on Sunday, I chose a room in Rio de Janeiro with one double bed, in general, all the rooms on the first floor with a double bed overlook the highway, and not the courtyard ( on the Gulf of Finland), rooms with two separate single beds and the Venice room have a smaller area, it was better to take it, since there is no sound insulation in the hotel, you can hear the noise of cars and everything that is done in the corridor, any sneeze and conversation: (, on the second floor there are already rooms much more expensive... I can’t say anything about them, we arrived... we waited for 10 minutes for an administrator named Anna, who ran around somewhere, well, these are trifles : ), she issued us the keys, accepted payment by credit card everything is fine, in the program upon arrival we were promised a bottle of champagne upon arrival. . . promised to bring champagne to the room : ) in 5 minutes. . . , said that we have a spa bath and a Russian bath at 21-30, dinner from 6 pm to 11, and breakfast will be brought to our room, and said that she will notify us about everything.... We were placed in the room by the time it took 15 minutes, nothing was brought to us. . . okay, it was not so important, just such a service at the Deluxe Class Hotel. The room is definitely good. . . but already quite worn out by time. . . , large, there is a refrigerator in it 2 bottles of water for 120 r : ), there is a safe in the closet, a bed, a sofa for the third _, a TV, a large bathroom, slippers in the room, towels, dressing gowns for the spa... Well, we went for a walk , without waiting for champagne, because the weather was whispering, the mood was excellent, we decided not to spoil it on trifles : ), returning after 3 hours, we met administrator Anna at the reception, and she suddenly remembered that champagne was waiting for us : ) at the reception Lev Golitsyn with ice : ), in the end we took it ourselves and carried it to the room : ) We went to dinner at about 20-30, and planned to spend an hour and a half there and then go take a spa bath with candles, steam in the bath and visit the salt cave... The gazebo restaurant is very cozy and small, according to the program we had a separate menu, for dinner, the choice was either salad (Caesar, a couple of others), or soup (sorrel and a couple of others), to choose Hot (kebab , chicken skewers, red fish), ice cream or apple pie for dessert and a few more items sweet, fruit drink is very tasty, tea or coffee to choose from, without alcohol, in general, everything was delicious, the portions are not large, but we ate, but everything was cooked for a very long time... salad and soup were brought quickly... but they waited 40 minutes hot... very strange, for a hotel where there are only 18 rooms... in general, the time at which we were assigned a bathroom has already passed, and no one came for us, called our cell phone... well, we think okay... in general, the administrator ran to the restaurant, but she didn’t remember us... okay, we had dinner, the time was 22-20... we went to the reception, Anna blinks her eyes and says you are ripe! ? in a programme…. this program: The program includes: Accommodation in the room of the President Hotel Champagne in the room upon arrival Romantic dinner in the hotel restaurant Salt cave New!!!! ! The possibility of a night visit to the SPA-center (pool with hydromassage and a waterfall, Finnish sauna, hammam) Coffee in bed and breakfast in the room Late check-out (at 15.00) Anna took us through the spa center, which houses a swimming pool, a hammam, a Finnish steam room sun loungers... down the stairs from the spa, we got into a corridor there are several rooms... massage and spa rooms... the spa center was already closed for hotel guests, it works until 22, we were alone there... The administrator led us into one of the rooms... turned on the temperature controller in the steam room and said, like, there is a spa bath there longer... like, go ahead, rest, I’ll call you in an hour (there was a local phone) and left... well, we undressed in the locker room and went to the spa bath, we thought....And what do you think... there was a bathtub filled with water... as it turned out, some lumps were floating in the bath... there was no smell of any oils... the water was 20 degrees... no romantic candles were observed... tryndets in a word... and further behind the bathroom behind the partition kind of tea.... where there were cups of drunk tea and an empty can of Zhiguli beer))) Tin... just tin... In a word, the mood was spoiled... we could swear very strongly and for a long time... But we didn’t because it was a birthday and we didn’t want to spoil our nerves... We just got up after 10 minutes, they told her everything to the administrator... She blinked her eyes... she said how so ! ? Let's go see... sorry... We said we don't need such happiness... and went to the room to celebrate our birthday : ) Fortunately, the two of us were just fine and wonderful, and we didn’t get hung up on the service of this hotel : ) Naturally, no coffee in bed, no breakfast in they didn’t bring us a room... no one warned us and didn’t call the room and didn’t ask about breakfast... : ) We overslept breakfast : ), it’s in the restaurant until 11 : ) We woke up and didn’t wait for 15-00, and left this a miracle of the Deluxe hotel… In general, the price of this program was 11.100 rubles and it’s not worth it… I won’t recommend anyone to go to this hotel… Maybe, of course, if not in the presidential suite : ) … for this money you will find better vacation spots!
