They began to call the hotel with requests to help resolve this issue and sort out the details, for which we did not hear any explanations. For three days we waited for a response from the hotel management, as a result, the head of this hotel refused to assist in the search for the culprit, explaining that we ourselves were to blame for leaving things. I think this explanation is just wild! The boorish attitude of the hotel staff is simply outrageous! There is no question of a high level of service in this accommodation facility! Guests, faced with any difficulties or problems, are forced to independently look for ways to resolve them! SHAME TO EVERYONE WHO ASSISTS AND COVERS THEFT!!!!!!!! ! I want to warn everyone who wants to stay at this hotel, if there is a case of theft, do not be surprised if you lose things while cleaning your room or while you are enjoying your time in the pool. As a result, your vacation can turn into an unpleasant adventure with futile attempts to prove your case!

The administrator led us into one of the rooms... turned on the temperature controller in the steam room and said, like, there is a spa bath there longer... like, go ahead, rest, I’ll call you in an hour (there was a local phone) and left... well, we undressed in the locker room and went to the spa bath, we thought....And what do you think... there was a bathtub filled with water... as it turned out, some lumps were floating in the bath... there was no smell of any oils... the water was 20 degrees... no romantic candles were observed... tryndets in a word... and further behind the bathroom behind the partition kind of tea.... where there were cups of drunk tea and an empty can of Zhiguli beer))) Tin... just tin... In a word, the mood was spoiled... we could swear very strongly and for a long time... But we didn’t because it was a birthday and we didn’t want to spoil our nerves... We just got up after 10 minutes, they told her everything to the administrator... She blinked her eyes... she said how so ! ? Let's go see... sorry... Rested with my husband in July 2012 on a promotion with half board. The room was on the first floor overlooking the Gulf of Venice. Large area, delicious food, and most importantly - quiet and peaceful. There are always free sunbeds by the outdoor pool, in general we were always alone in the sauna and hammam.
