I don’t know what the hell pulled to book this AZIMUT Hotel Uglich 3 *, but pulled. To be honest, we didn’t bother much with the choice, we only needed it for the night. Uglich is a small but well-known town.
Great location, gorgeous views of the Volga, very good hearty breakfasts, although they serve slowly. The hotel looks nice, but not without a flaw: the bathroom has shabby tiles, the restaurant has a very meager selection of wine by the glass.
I was with my family for the New Year holidays from December 31 to January 2. The hotel does not pull on its "stars" (defects in the room, torn carpet, cracks on the walls, etc.
The hotel was chosen for a promotion - the price attracted - a double room in the attic 1845 rubles. They didn't regret it. A large beautiful room, decorated with clapboard, windows to the Volga, but they are very high and nothing is visible.
Good quality hotel, thank you very much. The interior is amazing, the view from the room to the Volga, special thanks to the spa center, although small, but very competent and comfortable.
Reading reviews about the hotel, I noticed brief (like a carbon copy) laudatory reviews and only one negative one, but... which was painted with feeling and in all details.
A decent hotel on a solid 4. In the room there is a refrigerator. TV, hairdryer, fan, safe, liquid soap, slippers and a bathrobe. Very good beds, everything is new, everything works and nothing creaks.
