About the hotel: a beautiful hotel with a spa, in the city center, on the banks of the Volga, near the Uglich Kremlin. The building itself, equipment, rooms correspond to the declared **** stars.

Rested with a large group, took the rooms standard and deluxe. The standard has a large bed, according to our feelings - rather a hard (elastic) mattress, a small flat-screen TV, tuned to several main channels (for some reason they did not find the 1st) + cartoons, TNT and something else. Small refrigerator (mini-bar), table, wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, an extremely concise set for washing (only shampoo + shower gel in one in a dispenser), there are enough towels, there are bathrobes. In the suite (4th floor), the room is much larger, there is also a sofa and two armchairs, a large flat-screen TV in front of them, there is already a bathtub, and washing sets are much more widely presented, there are even shaving and toothbrushes. By the way, the declared Wi-Fi caught everywhere and very well, except for this suite on the 4th floor, to the question why? offered to walk around the room, suddenly there. Not found. Yes, another moment, the elevator to the 4th floor does not go to the suite, it only goes up to the 3rd floor, and then there is a complete lack of signs, where is the entrance to the 4th. We went around the entire atrium (central zone) in a circle, on all doors there are indications of rooms on the 3rd floor. The spa center is small, the pool is 5 by 10 meters, a jacuzzi with jets, warm comfortable water, a small hammam, there is also a classic sauna, manicure-pedicure, various types of massages, cosmetology, etc. In general, I would like to say a special thank you to the SPA staff for their friendliness and attention, as well as for the quality services that we (the female half) used (they did manicures, pedicures and massages, we were very pleased - we relaxed well, we liked everything).
Breakfast buffet, very worthy, there are hot dishes: porridge, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, etc. , juices, snacks, tea, coffee, etc. Delicious.
Set dinners are also good, two main dishes to choose from.
The restaurant "high cuisine" could not be used. And actually, now about the fly in the ointment.
As on Friday, so on Saturday, the restaurant was closed for service, someone was celebrating something, music was blaring, there were musicians, everything. The people were having fun. So on Friday we were forced to have dinner in the lobby of the hotel. And on Saturday, the hotel administration generally gave the central foyer (atrium) for the holiday, where tables were laid, again musicians, etc. Moreover, the central entrance-exit for the hotel guests was closed, it was possible to go down and up only by emergency stairs. An attempt to enter the restaurant was stopped by a shout: “Where are you going, you can’t go there !!! ”. There is nowhere to go in Uglich in the evening, so our company was forced to split up, the female half went to the SPA (thanks again to the SPA staff), and the male half sat gloomily in the room...

We believe that the attitude of the hotel administration towards its guests was simply shameless and indecent. We cannot recommend this hotel. Those who are already going there can be advised to independently think over the program for the evening and sign up for SPA treatments in advance, etc. , do not plan an evening together or with a company in a hotel restaurant, and be phlegmatic about the behavior and manners of the hotel administration.
