My wife and I had an anniversary - 5 years since we got married. We decided to go to Tyumen, the city of our meeting. We booked an apartment at Hotel72 in the city center. We arrived, entered the apartment and experienced horror! The photo was one apartment and settled us in another. Sofa on three legs, it smells of dampness and mold, no TV, no internet, no phone, a kitchen from the October Revolution... They demanded that we move or return the money. The money was not returned and not relocated. As it turned out later, they have only a few apartments that they rent from the owners and they are all just as scary. Sorry for the money and wasted nerves. Hotel72 spoiled our anniversary and mood... Disgusting service and staff.
