Like, that apartment was not cleaned after the guests, there was a fight. We arrived at an apartment on the outskirts. The house is new, everything is fine. When we entered the apartment there was a strong smell from cigarettes, like we were convinced to ventilate everything, they opened the balcony. When we were alone, we found that the apartment had not really been cleaned after the previous guests. The table is dirty and sticky, the bathroom, sink, toilet bowl are not cleaned. With a spoiled mood, they left for the source, returned to the apartment at midnight, but it was not ventilated, it was just smoky through and through. In general, we packed our things and left for home in Yekaterinburg at night. Very unpleasant

Almost always I settled in treshki and did not expect anything supernatural from this hotel. However, my first impression of this hotel was just creepy! When we saw the number, we were shocked! It resembled some kind of dark cave, a dungeon (this was the first floor). There was no balcony there (((We wanted to change the room, but since we had to wait more than a day for this happy event (it seems like there were no free rooms), we realized that there would be no better, in short, we decided to stay. We spent the night somehow , the water was turned off, the light bulbs are dim, and even cockroaches walk around the apartment like owners. From frustration and fatigue, we decided to go to bed, since the bed linen was clean, but the sofa turned out to be broken and when you tried to spread it, used condoms and dirty lingerie fell out of it !! ! In complete hysteria, we call the numbers of the office, administrator, director, and only beeps in response! In the morning it was necessary for a conference, so we got to the office only in the late afternoon, when trying to change the number or return the money, we only shrugged our hands saying "the paid time has lived" and the contract is no longer valid. . complaints were received with a smirk and the question "what did you want for 3.000 rubles? The money was not returned and not relocated. As it turned out later, they have only a few apartments that they rent from the owners and they are all just as scary. Sorry for the money and wasted nerves. Hotel72 spoiled our anniversary and mood... Disgusting service and staff.
