I chose this, so to speak, "hotel", because on their website and in advertising it was written that this is the quietest hotel in Svetlogorsk. I live in the city and my windows overlook the road, on which large and very large cars drive around the clock, as well as very loud motorcycles that do not let me sleep, and therefore I try to leave in silence for a while in the summer.

I chose this, so to speak, "hotel", because on their website and in advertising it was written that this is the quietest hotel in Svetlogorsk. I live in the city and my windows overlook the road, on which large and very large cars drive around the clock, as well as very loud motorcycles that do not let me sleep, and therefore I try to leave in silence for a while in the summer. That's what I came across. But! During the check-in, I encountered the unprecedented callousness of the administrator OLGA IVANOVNA! When I, having settled in the room, saw the road (! ) I turned to her for help and asked her to move me to the room opposite, explained why, in response I saw an arrogant look and an icy NO! "Well, what are you, there is no movement and it is very quiet" - I was told in response. And the cars drove at intervals of two minutes, and later it turned out that there was almost the only parking lot for cars.
The next morning I repeated my attempt to talk about resettlement, but a contemptuous and mocking look told me more than words, this man was directly puffed up from his omnipotence and from my helplessness. I have never seen such disgrace in any hotel in the world, everywhere they tried to help, to get into position, apparently they knew the axiom that HOTEL WORKERS FOR TOURISTS, NOT TOURISTS FOR WORKERS!! ! We bring you MONEY, and not vice versa. This is the first huge minus that significantly spoiled the vacation, because I chronically did not get enough sleep, because there is no air conditioning and I could not close the balcony!!!
And here is the second one! This is feeding, I can’t call it another word, it’s good that at least only breakfast! When at the first breakfast I asked for a second cup of coffee, they told me that only one was allowed, then I asked for tea and they answered that I had already drunk coffee!! ! NIGHTMARE!! ! PEOPLE, DO NOT SHAME YOU, you live in the twenty-first century, you don't have money for a coffee machine or tea bags are like gold reserves, considering that the cost of living in your boarding house is not the cheapest??? ? I categorically did not like the food, the cheapest sausages and sausages, pancakes with an incomprehensible filling, the only thing that could be eaten was porridge, simply for lack of a better one. They never gave a single piece of fruit - and this was in August, and tomatoes and cucumbers in thin slices, straight from the heart, were torn off, not a single fish in the fish land !!!
I really hope that these reviews are read not only by tourists, but also by the management of this institution and the three stars that proudly shine on the sign at the entrance must be removed, this is a strong exaggeration !!! ! The only advantage of this building is that it is located next to the sea, but this is not only their advantage, and therefore I am unlikely to advise it not only to my friends, but even to my enemies! ALL!
