The territory of the hotel is nice, but it is very difficult to get to the hotel in rainy weather along a terrible country road, which is practically not lit at night. It's like you're in the past. Near the sanatorium "Otradnoe", Soviet times, everything reminds of the 90s, at least. The service wants to be better. At the reception staff without special training, who is capable of what. One lady began to be rude as soon as she was asked questions, the other was too sweet, so the vacationers invited her to "serve" in the rooms, so there are similar services in this hotel too! (There is a high level of HIV-infected people in the Kaliningrad region, if anything!!! ) Only one administrator was polite in a businesslike manner, apparently due to her upbringing. The rooms are cleaned on "3", the bedspreads on the beds are burnt, obviously not washed for a long time. Breakfast is good, they can bring it to the room if you ask nicely. The photos on the site are good, which is true. But to go to this hotel just for the sake of a more or less good situation in the room is not worth it! We went to the sauna, there was no hot water! Svetlogorsk is a pretty town, but there is practically no beach. Nice beach in Zelenogradsk and on the Curonian Spit! Incredible!! !
