They wanted to spend the last day (01/10/2011) of the New Year holidays in Goryachichi Klyuchy, take a steam bath with brooms, plunge into the hole, BUT IT DID NOT WORK. I'll explain why.
On the official website, we looked at the prices for baths and, taking into account the fact that New Year's prices (which are 2 times more expensive than the usual 880 rubles against 1.720 rubles) are valid until January 09.2011, we boldly booked a bath for January 10, while by phone ( 49231.24-000 asked again the cost of one hour of the bath, to which we were told 1000 rubles (why 1000 rubles is not clear), but that suited us.
Arriving on 01/10/11. in Hot Keys with the hope of taking a steam bath, we are told that New Year's prices are valid until the end of the holidays (that is, until January 10 inclusive), when asked why we were told other prices when booking the bath, which corresponded to the information located on the official website. We were told that they do not know who could say this (although the bathhouse was booked), and their website does not work at all.
