The hotel is brand new. The area is large and green. Everything looks great. There is a Spa complex, a swimming pool. We took the cheapest double room. The cost is 4300 r per day. However, Paris, St. Petersburg and even more so Berlin smoke nervously... What does the hotel offer for that kind of money? Yes, in general, only a roof over your head and a bed with a bathroom. The service staff was not seen during the day of the stay. I completely killed the look of the shower cabin, clumsily cleaned by the staff with some kind of chemistry, where the taps were peeled off, and black mold bloomed in the lower grooves of the sliding doors. The price also included buffet breakfast and access to the pool. Breakfast is normal. True, it was embarrassing somehow to look at dishes with sluggish fruits - spoiled apples and shriveled grapes... hotels of this level usually do not expose such products from the kitchen, they know how to process and not offer guests... The coffee machine did not work, the attendants only dryly gave comments on what works and what should not be expected from them, did not provide assistance to clients.
And I was also surprised by the prices in the room for ordinary tea and coffee in bags at a price of 30-50 rubles per bag... Hmm, truly generous hospitality... hotels of this level usually offer this for free, they don’t waste time on trifles.
We didn’t get to the pool, it was cold (it was -15 outside) and the water didn’t draw at all...

In fact, we spent the night for 4300 and that's it.
In general, the impression is this: a standard at an unreasonably high price.
