My husband and I came to this hotel for the third time. I was on maternity leave and the doctor forbade me to go abroad, they didn’t even doubt it, we went to Suzdal. On the second day, after cleaning, a large amount of money disappeared from the room, there was no reaction from the administration. Deciding not to spoil our vacation, we did not file a police report, but the situation remained unresolved, it is ugly for the staff to steal money from a pregnant girl! As for the hotel... a good well-groomed area, but because. Now it’s off season, some of the restaurants are closed, for 4 days the bed linen was never changed in the room, but the towels were changed regularly, free water was provided only after a reminder, the safe didn’t work when checking in. Very pleased with the services provided (massage, manicure). And of course, when paying for the room, they cheated on the mini-bar! There is no Wi-Fi in the buildings.
