Bed linen and towels are a nightmare, they don’t even give you this on trains. It should be changed once a week, and towels once every 3 days, but until you ask, no one moves, but when asked to give another roll, because it’s over, the maid replied that it was issued 1 time upon arrival. The rooms run like trotters cockroaches (and in all cases). All buildings are closed at 23:00 and then you have to call and when the watchman opens the door past her with a humiliated, guilty look, the feeling is not pleasant.
About the dining room separate conversation. Although the menu is customized, they often bring a completely different dish. I ordered the liver 4 times - 1 time I was lucky. They cook terribly in the dining room, I don’t understand how you can spoil food like that, if you can eat the second course and muffin, then the first one is not. Somehow, people who ate kharcho got overexposed, and when they told the staff about it, they were told that they had eaten fat and violated their diet (but from the fat face of the manager and chef in this sanatorium).
Of the first courses, you can eat fish soup, pickle, hodgepodge with grief in half, I do not advise the rest. The side dish for the second course is mostly potatoes, but again, you have to manage to cook potatoes this way. They give out 1 glass to drink, to my question about this the chef said that only 1. From vegetables 2 slices of tomato, 4 cucumbers and 7 pieces of onion, which is not chewed, because it is very old, they put mayonnaise on it and say that it is a salad , as well as herring with a side dish, which I ordered 1 time and then that day it was rotten. In general, instead of all the salads, I ordered 1 glass of juice. There is no variety of fruits, apples, local grapes, plums, once they gave a pear and a peach.
The treatment is generally normal, but gynecology is not treated, and the gastrointestinal tract too, only the musculoskeletal system. After the treatment, I can’t straighten up for a week already, in the sanatorium they said that it should be so, but for some reason, after treatment in other sanatoriums, this was not the case. The beach is normal, you can’t get there without a funicular, and it works from 8:30 to 20:30 (this is at first when I arrived, but every week the schedule was made 15 minutes shorter), in general, the sea is also dosed. In buildings 1 and 2 there is a shower on the balcony, and in building 3 there is one toilet and bathroom for 2-3 rooms. Although the furniture in the old buildings is new, the look of the rooms resembles hospital wards.
They say that it’s very good in buildings A and B, but since I was shocked by everything and didn’t think of paying a bribe for accommodation (4 thousand had to be paid extra for a place in a 2-bed room) I lived in building 5 of improved accommodation. This sanatorium lives according to Soviet rules, and in them the client is always wrong, so it is useless to talk and complain there. My vacation was completely ruined. I will never go there again. And if someone thinks that I'm slandering, then I give my word of honor that everything I said is true. Every year I visit some sanatorium and therefore I have something to compare with. That's horrible.
