The territory is not well maintained and small. Green spaces are in a terrible state , there are many dead bushes and trees , there are almost no flowers either , the flower beds are empty . The staff, as in Sovka, does not greet, is rude, not responsive, and so does the medical staff, they treat us as if we did not come for our own money, but on trade union vouchers. I really did not like the rest in OK Dagomys. Renovated, this is all of the pluses, yes, in public areas, upholstered furniture is all shabby, it’s not pleasant to sit, it needs to be replaced.

Per person and what you have booked at a different price - they don't care! At the same time, the owner of this "hotel" immediately stops responding to calls and messages! If you book 1-2 rooms, then breakfast, which is INCLUDED in the cost of living, will not be prepared for you, because "it is not profitable to call a cook because of 4 people" or another +500 rubles! However, if the chef comes, it does not mean that it will happen at the agreed time, so if you agreed on 7:00, feel free to tune in to 7:30! Found dirty sheets upon check in? It's your problems.

We rested with our family from mid-July to early August 2015. Rest is just awful: 1. We ordered a transfer - they forgot about us at the meeting, and they didn’t put it on the list at all. 2. Terrible noise everywhere: a) in the room from the non-switching off air conditioner with unregulated temperature (it turns off only if you pull out the electronic key, but then nothing works from the equipment at all); b) from people who constantly move furniture, tk. in a standard room for 2, families of 4-5 people are accommodated; c) when opening the balcony - the noise from the water treatment plant and from the trains passing regularly (we lived on the 19th floor overlooking the sea). 3. The constant smell of food in the room (this is probably why the air conditioner did not turn off and someone saved on ventilation in restaurants). 4. The "All Inclusive" system offered by the hotel and paid for by us was perceived by the staff as if we had come for free. 5. The staff in the lobby bar is rude. 6. The work in the medical center is poorly organized. 7. The room was cleaned every day, but without sanitary detergents. At the same time, the OC Dagomys itself has been well repaired externally and internally. And it's worth it to rest draw your own conclusions.

They came to the sea and were horrified, we see how some kind of mother collects stones and brings them to her offspring, and he happily throws them into jellyfish, there were many of them and so close, one woman made a remark to him, but he did not even stop throwing stones at them.

Proud sign 3 stars - dust in the eyes. The only plus is the beach, everything else is like in the good old Soviet times, and the attitude is the same.

At sea, things, money, photos - it’s not scary to leave, they won’t take it - the beach is closed and you can see they graze. There were concerts by Kirkorov, etc. - for an amateur. BUT: boring, no animation for children or adults, fruits on the territory are only imported, there are no slides in the pool - do not believe the photo, on the beach for children - only trampolines and prehistoric gaming machines - (30-50 rubles game). There are many cafes and restaurants on the beach - (expensive, but they never got grass)), the sea is very dirty after the rains. There was a banana and EVERYTHING. We are calm people, there is TV and it’s good, but BORING. And EVERYTHING is expensive - 1 liter - 100 rubles - but there is no other. Spent terribly - without money there is nothing to do here at all.

There is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool (not deep for children) - we spent almost every day there.
-to Sochi 20 minutes by minibus (arboretum, circus, water park and amusement park - but everything is expensive !!! ), the same amount to Loo (water park - super !! ! cleanest wild beaches); to Lazarevsky 30 minutes by train (2 water parks, a cool oceanarium) - it is not necessary to sit in the hotel, a little to the right and left and you will find a bunch of entertainment.
- well-equipped children's playground with a zoo corner.
- there is a shop on the territory where you can buy everything you need for the beach.
- I liked the beauty salon - the service is at a high level.
- cinema, concerts, children's discos, animators - all this was, but not every day.
Minuses:
- upon arrival at the place for 2 hours we were settled in the hotel
- the food is dietary, monotonous, quickly tired; rarely fruits, only oranges, never once gave juice. Delicious pastries. Portions are for children, if there was a man, he would starve. There is a restaurant and a cafe in the hotel - but there, too, the service is not delightful, once is enough not to become a regular customer.
- the sea is dirty, smelly; the beach after the storm causes only disgust (through the bridge the public beach of Dagomys is much cleaner water)
- there are a lot of people in the hotel itself, you can't wait for the elevator.
- from the hotel to the nearest bus stop about 300-400 meters from the hill... but imagine it in the opposite direction? Often ordered a taxi (for 100 rubles brought up)
