Booked a room 3 months in advance by phone. An advance payment in the summer season was asked for 3000 rubles (price per day). We arrived by car. Parking on site is free of charge (strangers do not go here, entry / entry by card from the room). The room is comfortable, there is everything you need: air conditioning, mini fridge, kettle, hair dryer, dishes, hangers, safe, TV (many channels), free wi-fi, toilet combined with shower, set of towels.

Parking on site is free of charge (strangers do not go here, entry / entry by card from the room). The room is comfortable, there is everything you need: air conditioning, mini fridge,
kettle, hair dryer, dishes, hangers, safe, TV (many channels), free wi-fi, toilet combined with shower, set of towels. The shared kitchen is equipped with a gas stove,
oven, dishwasher, sink, all cutlery, cutting boards, knives, etc. . Those who lived in a communal apartment have no problems, if not, they will get used to it. Adequate people will always agree! At the top there is a terrace for drying clothes and admiring the beauties of the surroundings.
The kitchen has a coffee machine and a beer tap with cold beer (coffee 25 per cup, beer 75 per mug). Accounting for trust.
On the street there is a brazier (I heated it with firewood), skewers: the barbecue is excellent! A shower with Matsesta water (you can get medical treatment), a playground with a slide, stairs, rings, swings (it was important for us: two children aged 6 and 8), a gazebo with tables, chairs and music. Downstairs in the basement there is a sauna with a swimming pool (1000 rubles per hour). There is a washing machine (with its own powder for free).
Since we came for treatment, the proximity of Matsesta was handy for us. It takes 5 minutes to get to the baths, about the same to the sea. Next to the Magnit baths, and a little further the Kuban market with meat, fruits and vegetables, honey, nuts, etc. . Next to the sea is another market with the same one. The first one is open from Thursday to Sunday, and the second from Friday to Sunday.
Who needs hypermarkets, then go to MoreMall, there is O'Key. Drive 25-30 minutes with traffic jams.
It’s a very convenient place with your car. Walk to the stop about a kilometer, to the sea about three. Near the stop of the Bali cafe with delicious cuisine (ask the hotel owner for a discount card) If you don’t overeat, then you can keep within 1500 for two adults and two minors children.
There are plenty of places on the beach, but a sunbed with an umbrella costs 200 rubles. per day, so take a blanket or bedding with you if you go for a short time. The beach has parking (if you're not lucky, you'll have to walk almost a kilometer). There are only three changing cabins on the beach, there are cafes, ice cream shops, etc.
In general, we were satisfied. The owner-administrator Maxim is very responsive and attentive. The maid Elvira is a wonderful person - thank you very much for your patience and care! I highly recommend the hotel for rest and treatment according to the course on Matsesta!

Very comfortable large rooms, the room has a kettle and fridge. There really is no breakfast, but in the kitchen you can cook yourself, there is all the equipment and even a dishwasher. It is not very convenient to walk to the bus stop, you have to walk for 15 minutes, but there is no sidewalk, but the traffic on the road is not very active, this is a forest park zone, everything is green around, fresh air, birds sing)) In general, we were not bothered)).
