If you mean Solotvino in Western Ukraine on the Romanian border, then I will say a few words. We were there in 2007 in August.
We planned to rest there for a week, swim in the salt lake, and, if possible, go down to the salt mine. As it turned out, in the sanatoriums everything is sold out in advance. We went to look for private hotels near that salt lake. We found it. A pretty town of several log cabins (houses), for 4 families - 2 rooms on the 1st floor, 2 on the second, with all the conditions (this is a suite). Near the lake a couple of sunbeds, the entrance to the lake after the steps is not equipped (clay + water). But the worst thing is that our house was 8-10 meters from the cafe, on the summer platform of which LIVE MUSIC PLAYS from 9 pm until 2 am !!!!! But I think that no one could fall asleep. At 2-30 at night we managed to fall asleep (the child was 10 years old). In the morning we quickly packed up and left, although we paid the entire amount for the week (the money, of course, was given to us). Yes, also - all the garbage from the "town" is taken out over the fence of this town, that is, when you go for a walk, you are surrounded by nature and ... mountains of garbage ...
But, in a sanatorium with treatment, most likely, the regime and the territory is very clean, the forest, the birds sing ...
Have a good trip!

I buy a ticket in a sanatorium - both treatment, and food (last year they were fed normally), and accommodation, and music is not very good with the window open (if the side is not from the lakes, it’s very cool). But mostly people go because of the mines, they have unique properties for respiratory diseases, allergies, bronchial asthma.

again the question is about Ukraine, and the country chosen is Russia. Your question does not get to experts on Ukraine. Be careful and ask the right question.
About the treatment. If you have upper respiratory diseases, then you are here. Did you like it or not? It depends how you look. The treatment is not very pleasant, but the fact that it is useful and brings a colossal result is for sure. People treat asthma. We never bought a ticket, we lived in the private sector, there are many houses and you can always settle in.
If you want to go just for the purpose of relaxation, then I don’t think you will really like it there. Moreover, there are a lot of sick people there and many diseases are transmitted by airborne droplets. This also needs to be remembered.
