We stayed in the deluxe room during the high season. Old furniture. Broken chandeliers. The document safe was broken. Old tube TVs and only 6 TV programs worked. Lack of ventilation in the room. Unscrewed light bulbs from chandeliers and lamps. There was no mini bar. Cleaned room just disgusting. During the entire stay, the floor, toilet and sink in the bathroom were never washed. They answered the comments - "There are many of you, but there is only one cleaning lady! " Breakfast was included in the price. After visiting the Teremok cafe, they refused breakfast and just found another cozy cafe with a good breakfast. By the way, you can smoke in Teremka. Visited the baths, horror! Unsanitary conditions, lack of repair for 5 years! The administration does not provide other services. Dogs ran around the yard and you could step on their excrement. I do not recommend!
