Unscrewed light bulbs from chandeliers and lamps. There was no mini bar. Cleaned room just disgusting. During the entire stay, the floor, toilet and sink in the bathroom were never washed.

They answered the comments - "There are many of you, but there is only one cleaning lady! " Breakfast was included in the price. After visiting the Teremok cafe, they refused breakfast and just found another cozy cafe with a good breakfast. By the way, you can smoke in Teremka. Visited the baths, horror! Unsanitary conditions, lack of repair for 5 years! The administration does not provide other services. Dogs ran around the yard and you could step on their excrement. I do not recommend!

Just bribed the appearance, and the price compared to others is not so high, we paid 2700 rubles for a junior suite without meals for two (I booked through the 101hotels. ru website). At the reception we were met by a little girl, she called her mother (administrator) to come to us. While we were waiting for her under the stairs, we heard a rustle, followed by a squeak and, in fact, a mouse ran through.... Of course, the impression was already spoiled, but there was nowhere to retreat. Then we were settled in room 20. In principle, the room is cozy, only the curtains and the bedspread turned out to be a poisonous pink color. Very hot, had to constantly ventilate. The carpet on the floor was all stained. Of the promised cable television, only 2 channels worked (tube TV). There was wi-fi, of course, but it didn't work. There was no minibar, which was indicated in the description of the hotel. There were 2 shabby chairs that theoretically opened. Table, two chairs. There were three glasses, three glasses and three teacups in the dusty nightstand. Instead of disposable slippers, rubber slippers were permanently used. Bathrobes are not white, smelly. In the bathroom there were 4 towels, gray from time to time, two bags of shower gel and half of liquid soap in a dirty tube. There was no toilet paper, but the floor was dusty and it smelled damp. In the massage shower, only the hose with the shower worked. It was forbidden to smoke in the hotel, but for some reason our neighbors neglected this and, although a fine of 1.500 rubles was due for this, no one tried to stop them. Noise isolation was completely absent and from all rooms (even from the top ones) we heard all the conversations, swearing, steps, etc. We didn’t really manage to sleep at night and at 9 in the morning we already packed up and rushed home from this place. Our "rest" fell on 27-28.12. 2014. We were satisfied only with the general view of the mountains, the cable car ride and the weather!

And we liked the "Reserved Tale". We rested with the children in February 2009. The rooms are very cozy, such rustic log cabins with modern amenities. Cleaned regularly and very carefully. The administrators took care of our children very nicely, and in "Teremka" they fed deliciously. Dishes in the restaurant are not prepared quickly, it's true.

The administrators took care of our children very nicely, and in "Teremka" they fed deliciously. Dishes in the restaurant are not prepared quickly, it's true. But I'd rather wait than eat something just reheated rather than freshly cooked. I recommend the hotel for families. Another would be a children's room in the "Fairy Tale"... but the lack of "fun" for children is a misfortune not only for this hotel, but for the entire Elbrus region.

I was on Cheget in December 2007. I stayed at the Zapovednaya Skazka hotel. The rooms smell of fresh pine trees, very polite staff and the location is convenient. Nearby - a babbling river, a bathhouse... In general, beauty! I have liked this hotel for a long time. My wife and I stay there regularly. You can, of course, find cheaper. Or even live in tents. . . But if you really want to relax, choose comfort. We met the New Year 2008 in the Reserved Tale. The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. But up to 4 stars is clearly not pulling. No respect for vacationers. You can wait up to an hour for a change of dishes in the cafe. There were no promised transfers to Azau. I would not recommend this holiday to my friends.
