We found it quickly, the location suited us - almost in the Cheget glade, but at the same time in the forest, away from unnecessary fuss. The parking lot is big. At the reception we were met by a little girl, she called her mother (administrator) to come to us. While we were waiting for her under the stairs, we heard a rustle, followed by a squeak and, in fact, a mouse ran through.... Of course, the impression was already spoiled, but there was nowhere to retreat. Then we were settled in room 20. In principle, the room is cozy, only the curtains and the bedspread turned out to be a poisonous pink color. Very hot, had to constantly ventilate. The carpet on the floor was all stained. Of the promised cable television, only 2 channels worked (tube TV). There was wi-fi, of course, but it didn't work. There was no minibar, which was indicated in the description of the hotel. There were 2 shabby chairs that theoretically opened. Table, two chairs. There were three glasses, three glasses and three teacups in the dusty nightstand. Instead of disposable slippers, rubber slippers were permanently used. Bathrobes are not white, smelly. In the bathroom there were 4 towels, gray from time to time, two bags of shower gel and half of liquid soap in a dirty tube. There was no toilet paper, but the floor was dusty and it smelled damp. In the massage shower, only the hose with the shower worked. It was forbidden to smoke in the hotel, but for some reason our neighbors neglected this and, although a fine of 1.500 rubles was due for this, no one tried to stop them. Noise isolation was completely absent and from all rooms (even from the top ones) we heard all the conversations, swearing, steps, etc. We didn’t really manage to sleep at night and at 9 in the morning we already packed up and rushed home from this place. Our "rest" fell on 27-28.12. 2014. We were satisfied only with the general view of the mountains, the cable car ride and the weather!
