More: until 05.01 everything was fine! We even thought to come here again and maybe celebrate our family celebrations here. But our mood was spoiled by our romantic dinner, which we spent in the bar-restaurant of this boarding house. By the way, it was our wedding anniversary… We ordered drinks, a cheese plate and a salad. And when most of the salad (delicious, by the way) was eaten, a DEAD FLY was found on the plate !! ! A disgusting picture was added by her torn off foot at the other end of the dish.

Indignant and calling the waitress for clarification, we began to wait for an answer and an apology from the chef. A similar situation happened to us for the first time and we did not know whether to spit or laugh, because. even in a fast food restaurant, this did not happen to us. In the end, they did both.
The waitress came back after 3 minutes WITHOUT THE CHEF and relayed his "apologies". The words of the waitress did not inspire us either, because. they were said with obvious displeasure and distrust. Then we realized that the fly could be attributed to us (they say we threw it)...
As a result, this “fly salad” was not included in the bill (and thanks for that) and they gave us a fruit plate consisting of half a pear, half an apple and 4 grapes. Let's say right away that in the room we ate exactly half of this plate, i. e. those fruits that were whole and could be washed! Confidence in the kitchen has completely disappeared...
That same evening, we went to the reception with a request to get in touch with us as soon as possible to the manager of the boarding house.
As a result, neither in the evening, nor in the morning of the next day, nor at lunchtime, NO ONE CONTACTED US! ! Although the Manager saw us, but apparently did not consider it necessary to approach us!! ! As a result, after dinner, we approached her ourselves, thinking that our request was simply not conveyed to her. Turns out it was passed on. She just didn’t come up… Normal?!
According to Manager Nata (if we're not mistaken), she doesn't know where the fly comes from, because It's not fly season!! ! (apparently in the summer they have them in every dish). As a result, Nata apologized to us, which did not inspire us and said the following: “Of course, there will be compensation for what happened. ” What compensation and when, did not specify. We began to wait patiently because there was only a day left before departure.
But as a result of the departure, no compensation or apology was brought, which completely spoiled our impression of this place.

Upon departure, we applied with a written application to the local branch of Rospotrebnadzor and the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, backing up the whole thing with a photo of checks and that ill-fated fly in the salad. After checking these instances, we very much hope that both the cook and the Manager will understand that a fly in a guest's dish is a HUGE BUTT, and not a common thing, as they apparently think now!
BY THE WAY! ! ALL WHO ARE GOING THERE, BE PREPARED THAT YOU MAY BE ASKED TO CHECK OUT THE ROOM EARLIER THAN YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE IT!!!
So, the check-out time when booking, we had 16.00 (in the rules of the boarding house it is written the same way).
But it turned out that during the New Year holidays, the site Administration decided to change these rules and make the check-out at 13.00 !!!! ! By the way, no one warned us about this when we arrived! We discovered this fact by accident when leafing through the rules and the menu that was in the room! When contacting the reception, we were confirmed-departure at 13.00. So in fact, 3 hours of rest were stolen from us!
In addition to the above, from the minuses we also note:
- holey sheet;
- dirty and dusty carpet under the bed.
