We called the reception to clarify how long the bar was still open. And, much to our surprise, we were told that until 22:00! Receptionist, you must be the most educated in the services of the Akvareli boarding house, in what you offer people when they book rooms. But alas… It is not so! We left the table and were forced to leave. The whole holiday and rest was ruined.
Disgusting staff in the restaurant (Yana and another dark girl), when they walk around the hall, it is written on their face: "How I hate you all. " That year we also came to Aquareli, we were served in the bar by Olga (one worth noting), she was not seen or heard, she appeared when she was really needed. We sat, not keeping track of time, in pleasure, left a tip in gratitude. And this year they are back.
Terrible! The next day on the Swedish line, these same waitresses did not even come to the table. We were with children, dirty dishes interfered on the table, but they did not come up, did not fulfill their duties. More: until 05.01 everything was fine! We even thought to come here again and maybe celebrate our family celebrations here. But our mood was spoiled by our romantic dinner, which we spent in the bar-restaurant of this boarding house. By the way, it was our wedding anniversary… We ordered drinks, a cheese plate and a salad. And when most of the salad (delicious, by the way) was eaten, a DEAD FLY was found on the plate !! ! A disgusting picture was added by her torn off foot at the other end of the dish.
Indignant and calling the waitress for clarification, we began to wait for an answer and an apology from the chef. A similar situation happened to us for the first time and we did not know whether to spit or laugh, because. even in a fast food restaurant, this did not happen to us. In the end, they did both.
The waitress came back after 3 minutes WITHOUT THE CHEF and relayed his "apologies". The words of the waitress did not inspire us either, because. they were said with obvious displeasure and distrust. Then we realized that the fly could be attributed to us (they say we threw it)...
As a result, this “fly salad” was not included in the bill (and thanks for that) and they gave us a fruit plate consisting of half a pear, half an apple and 4 grapes. Let's say right away that in the room we ate exactly half of this plate, i. e. those fruits that were whole and could be washed! Confidence in the kitchen has completely disappeared...
That same evening, we went to the reception with a request to get in touch with us as soon as possible to the manager of the boarding house.
As a result, neither in the evening, nor in the morning of the next day, nor at lunchtime, NO ONE CONTACTED US! ! Although the Manager saw us, but apparently did not consider it necessary to approach us!! ! As a result, after dinner, we approached her ourselves, thinking that our request was simply not conveyed to her. Turns out it was passed on. She just didn’t come up… Normal?!
According to Manager Nata (if we're not mistaken), she doesn't know where the fly comes from, because It's not fly season!! ! (apparently in the summer they have them in every dish). As a result, Nata apologized to us, which did not inspire us and said the following: “Of course, there will be compensation for what happened. ” What compensation and when, did not specify. We began to wait patiently because there was only a day left before departure.
But as a result of the departure, no compensation or apology was brought, which completely spoiled our impression of this place.
Upon departure, we applied with a written application to the local branch of Rospotrebnadzor and the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, backing up the whole thing with a photo of checks and that ill-fated fly in the salad. After checking these instances, we very much hope that both the cook and the Manager will understand that a fly in a guest's dish is a HUGE BUTT, and not a common thing, as they apparently think now!

When contacting the reception, we were confirmed-departure at 13.00. So in fact, 3 hours of rest were stolen from us!

The car was also decorated. In the room itself, only one was seen - but they are being poisoned there. The rest of the area is not very shabby. In places of hammocks, rocking chairs and benches, the soil was beaten to the state of dusty concrete. I would advise you to fall asleep with wood chips. More aesthetic than bald spots.

River-beach-fishing? Forget about it. Just don't even count. I rode along it for about 5 km on a bicycle - everywhere there is a pereplyuyka river mixed with a swamp.
Our room was 3-room, in building 7. Normal room layout, cleaned every day. But! Upon arrival, it turned out that a dog lives in the next room, which, being in the room alone, barked and howled like the last mongrel. We asked to see another room, but they only finished cleaning after other tenants with dogs. They spat on the replacement and drove into the first one. The neighbors left after a couple of days and there was silence. In general, there are a lot of people with dogs. With different ones. We even saw a bull terrier. Without a muzzle, but at least on a leash. There is even a dog walking area. A paradise for dog breeders.
The food is normal. We took all inclusive. The choice of food is not bad - 6-8 pieces of hot dishes, a separate corner of greens and cuts. It's funny, but coffee is only there in the morning. Personnel is friendly. A delicious cake was made for the child's birthday.
There is a bar. Cute. With prices, as in the center of the capital. There is no bar menu, cocktails do not interfere, only pure. But there sofas are soft and coffee is not bad.
The pool is lovely, according to the wife and son. I myself only glanced at it. Well, not exactly a frog.

When we found a tick, we immediately rushed to the first-aid post on the territory of the hotel. There's a nurse "call an ambulance. " The ambulance says "go to Vereya". They rushed to the clinic, removed the tick, saved it in the bank. At the polyclinic, the manager said, "Go to Moscow and hand over the tick, we don't have tests here - neither for a fee, nor for free. " We rushed back to the hotel (the time on the clock is about 10:45), they said that we were leaving urgently now, a full two days earlier, the reason was a tick, make a return for now. We first received an answer that there would be no return, and then that "write a statement, the accountant will tell you how the return will be made. " OK.
Gathered in about an hour. They came to the reception, and they say "there will be no return", since they do not have a return agreement. I BOILED. Haven't yelled like that in a long time. Then there were two or three hours of dancing with sabers "make a return / we will not make a return", "oh, what could be there, ticks were filmed here more than once and nothing. " At some point, a madam came up to us with the question "did you order an act on the acricidal treatment? ". I said that I did not order the act, as well as the processing, I bought the rest in the hotel, hassle-free and safe. Madame went deep into the reception - they were preparing documents for an answer.
I even called a lawyer, got advice, based on it I made a written complaint. After the complaint, the degree of inadequacy changed and a long dreary bidding began, "let's take half the amount. " As a result, we defended our rights, took everything and left. I must say right away - for our part, we paid off to the end, even when we were given the wrong, down payment, I still insisted that we find the costs at the hotel, take into account everything.
The issue price was 20.000 rubles. B. . d, if I knew what borreliosis is, that the tick is contagious... I would leave immediately, just throwing a statement and a complaint. And then in Moscow, he would have finished it through the court. I lost time with them, as a result, the tick tests came a day later.
The hotel administration is all in one pile for me, especially since they constantly consulted on the phone. In all sorts of songs "the arbitrariness of individual employees" I do not believe. This is a system. And so that they don’t write back to me here, and the administration loves long casuistic answers - I’m right. By law, by logic, by common sense. Instead of resolving the unpleasant situation, the hotel only exacerbated it. God, how stupid this is, how our way it is... Instead of immediately resolving the conflict, the hotel will now deal with my public reviews.
To be honest, I wrote it all very softly. I am overwhelmed with the darkest and gloomiest emotions. I will still contact Rospotrebnadzor, I will monitor the treatment of my son (whom we took there to celebrate his 4th birthday). Separately, I will consult with lawyers. There is a serious desire to make the hotel painful and expensive in economic and reputational terms.
