I stayed in 2 rooms. superior comfort room, clean, comfortable, warm, good interior, at the level of European standards : ))), when it suddenly got colder, the heating was turned on, cleaning takes place every two days. The complex itself is located in a really beautiful picturesque place, for those who love nature, forest, silence - this is it. Well-groomed, beautiful territory, a wonderful park with centuries-old lindens, from which you don’t want to leave, amazing air. The staff is polite, attentive, when I didn’t come for dinner, they called me in the room (! ) And asked why I didn’t have dinner, what was wrong. The food there is for a lover of Russian cuisine, the food is all heavy, high-calorie, there were practically no fruits, there were no light salads either, and there was no buffet, the girls carry the food to the tables. . . inspired by Soviet films : )) I also didn’t like that you are assigned a place at a table with a certain number that is assigned to you : ) and you sit down and eat only in this place, with strangers, this is the first time with me)), in Europe there is never anything there was no such thing. But for those who go with a group or family, this is not scary. . ) Many couples had a rest, there were many children. On the territory of the hotel there is a small shop where you can buy any products, there is a pharmacy. There is a disco bar, which I did not like, a winter garden with karaoke, again I did not like the kitchen, but otherwise ok. In the phyto bar there are many varieties of ordinary tea in general, and this is where the features of the phyto bar end))). As well as a nail salon, a beauty salon where a very good master works, unfortunately I didn’t recognize the name, a normal clean pool, a sauna, a complex of medical services, everything is on the level, the service there is excellent, as well as the attitude towards vacationers, even surprising for Russia . . not some kind of Russian))) Everything is very worthy, really. ))
