I decided to write a review, not only based on my opinion, I talked with many residents and that's what disappointed everyone in the first place. 1. Buffet - yes, perhaps this is modern, as the workers say: "we are moving to the European level. " But it's funny to hear this when the main contingent of this boarding house is very elderly people and people with small children under two years old. And so I watched such a picture, when one very elderly couple came to the dining room, my grandmother could not even carry food for herself, and so the poor grandfather went 10 times to bring her food and himself, since it was apparently difficult for him to carry two dishes. Either one married couple came with two children one year and 4 months old, they had to carry food while holding the child in their arms, or sometimes dad ran and brought everything. Very uncomfortable. Serve at least the elderly and people with children. After all, in resorts where the European level, where this boarding house aspires to, usually healthy and vigorous people rest, at least those who can fly by plane, and who could fly by plane, he can bring food to himself. But in this boarding house, just those people who do not have the strength to fly, for whom children buy vouchers, and where the old people are treated, rest. Yes, and on the buffet you can write and talk a lot, it is very far from the European level. Coffee only in the morning, or rather a coffee drink, in the afternoon there is not even tea, only compotes. Of the pastries, only empty buns, for the entire stay there was not a single pie. True, there were some cakes, but very dry. 2. The second thing that I didn’t like very much is that, before I buy a ticket without treatment, then it included the simplest procedures, for example, inhalations, now it only includes a pool and a gym. And I booked a ticket without treatment on the Zarya website), we arrived and paid the full cost at the ticket office of the Zarya boarding house. Since we arrived late, the next day, I went to the administrator in order to pay extra for the ticket and deal with the treatment. I talked to the manager on the phone, who talked to me very NOT friendly, and even boorish, in short, they refused me. Which is very strange, I didn’t ask to reduce the amount, on the contrary, I wanted to pay extra, but according to their strange rules it’s IMPOSSIBLE. The only way out is to take all procedures for a fee, but there is a nail in this, first you need to make an appointment with a therapist, pay him for an appointment that did not particularly look towards the patient. And only after his alleged appointment, we could do inhalations. 3. Weekends. Previously, there were no days off in their medical unit, now they have a day off on Sunday and Monday. And who came up with this, that is, to interrupt the course of treatment in any way ?? ? That is, when buying a ticket with treatment for 7 days, keep in mind, ladies and gentlemen, that YOU will be treated for only five days. 4. Room cleaning. It is generally something with something. What is the European level)))), the most natural scoop. Only once in our room was it well cleaned, and the beds were made, and for the rest of the 8 days, we can say only garbage was thrown out. When checking into the room in the bathroom, well, as usual, there were bags of shampoo, gel and soap. A piece of soap is very small, and considering that we walked every day with the child, and the snow had already melted, there was dirt on the street, I washed his pants and gloves, respectively, the soap was over, there was a dirty remnant, after cleaning it was not removed. Leaving the street, I asked the administrator, and that soap is supposed only at the entrance, she said no. As a result, having come from the street, we found on a small table in the kitchen, there is a whole mountain of bags of soap, shampoo. What kind of rudeness is this, but it was difficult to carry the bath ?? ? And in the bathroom in the soap dish there was still a dirty remnant, apparently this is not part of their duties. 5. Excursion. We signed up for an excursion to the estate of Count Orlovs. , but it did not take place. Allegedly, the group did not fill up, but believe me, it is very unpleasant when you are planning a trip, and in the morning you are told that it will not take place. And the main thing is that it is a common thing for them to announce excursions, but not to take anyone anywhere. 6. ATM. In the boarding house everywhere they accept only cash, except for the administrator, but where can I get it, cash ??? ? There is no ATM in the boarding house either. The only thing we liked was cheerful and good evenings with Max Grishaev, many thanks to him. And Yuri Kuznetsov, who delighted us with his music in the hall during the day, and taught us the basic rules of tennis. I also really liked the equestrian club. The child was especially pleased to ride a donkey and horses. We rented bicycles, the transport is very good, but the trouble is there is nowhere to ride. uphill and downhill, such trips are not very pleasant for a child, they could make bicycle paths around the pond, or where there is a more or less flat area. We were in the children's playroom, we also liked everything very much there, thanks to the kind workers. We also liked everything in the pool, no complaints. Thank you for your attention. Being not so far from the noisy city, one gets the impression of absolute isolation, as if he had gone to a remote, quiet natural region. What is this air! Just lovely! I want to breathe deeply. Nice big pool, there is a jacuzzi and a small pool for children. There is a children's room plus a playground. Animations in the boarding house, unfortunately, so children and adults entertain themselves. Despite the fact that the territory is very large, everything is beautiful and well-groomed. In general, I am satisfied with the boarding house, it turns out that in the Moscow region for a small amount you can have a good rest. I also want to say thanks to the specialists from Medcity for their professional and conscientious attitude to work - they picked up exactly what I wanted.

The breakfasts were touching: so one day there was millet porridge with dried apricots, pasta with sausages and coffee with milk, as well as daily two main dishes for breakfast were yogurt, butter, cheese and salami. Nothing heavy and wrong, everything is balanced and competent. Indeed, there is no buffet, but there is a salad bar for lunch and dinner: you come up and pick up any number of vegetables (boiled beets in cubes, raw grated carrots, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, fresh cabbage and one more salad that is more substantial - on different days there were olivier, mimosa, squid, herring under a fur coat. ) At 21-30 (it seems) the restaurant hosts an event called "Evening kefir": kefir, ryazhenka and snow are served - very tasty. The food there is for a lover of Russian cuisine, the food is all heavy, high-calorie, there were practically no fruits, there were no light salads either, and there was no buffet, the girls carry the food to the tables. . . inspired by Soviet films : )) I also didn’t like that you are assigned a place at a table with a certain number that is assigned to you : ) and you sit down and eat only in this place, with strangers, this is the first time with me)), in Europe there is never anything there was no such thing.
