Husband, me, daughter 12 years old, and husband's son with the bride. Booked already in April and began to wait for the holidays. But it turned out that the bride did not go. Naturally, we called and refused a 2-seater, deciding that the four of us would perekantuyusya. Still one family. Moreover, they first phoned Alexander, refused a double room and asked if he was ready to receive us at night, if we arrived, or if we could spend the night somewhere, and drive up to dinner. It was not a question. . . and so we arrived, at night, I do not argue, we were placed in two double rooms. Here without pretensions. But in the morning the most interesting began. . . Nonsense that getting up in the morning, there was neither light nor water. But what the guard announced to us struck us on the spot. . . Allegedly, there are NO 4-bed rooms. We are shocked. . For half an hour he called Alexander, found out something, As a result, he announced that there was one number, but the price was higher. Bullshit we thought and began to move to the other end of the campsite. . Finally, having settled down and sighing calmly, we began to think where we were going. . But it was not there. . . We come service personnel. and announces that we were settled in the wrong house, welcome to another. To be honest, we're out of our minds. Firstly, we were told that number one and no others were free, and secondly, how many times can things be dragged back and forth. . If you take into account that there is no locker in the houses, you can imagine how you had to place things. But what happened next exceeded all my expectations, in this situation. The husband began to call Alexander, he explained in a raised tone that the house was for regular customers and it was easier for him to pay us so that we could leave altogether. . . The husband insisted that all the same, Alexander deigned to come and talk in person. To be honest, after talking with this person, I don’t understand at all. who writes him good reviews, I still think that he himself. I'm sorry, I haven't seen such rudeness in a long time. , and this man is the owner of the campsite ?? ? , honestly, it's hard to believe. I'll explain why. . Firstly: he communicates in a raised tone, the feeling that we owe him something, explains that he talks like that, if Alexander you read the review, advice, learn how to communicate with people, it will come in handy. . Secondly, we were ready in principle to move, but when he asked what we still want from him (agree a "good" question). I said that it didn’t hurt to apologize for this situation even if it was elementary. . We are all people and slips can happen, and this happened through his fault, from incorrectly crossed out the number, leaving a double room for four people. to which he replied that he did not see his guilt, and accordingly he would not apologize. . After that, we safely left this place and did not regret a bit. . Found much more comfortable and more in a great location. . So Alexander, thank you for everything. And to your question that you asked when we were leaving, "Well, you're not offended, are you? " I answer: my mother taught me not to be offended by people of a certain category. . . PS: This is my purely personal opinion on this situation, but not this place. camping really corresponds to the description on the site. The only negative is that the walls in the houses are almost paper, you will hear your neighbors very well. . .

Kamennomostsky (Khadzhokh) is a very picturesque place, next to the reserve of the Lago-Naki plateau. Forests, waterfalls, mountain rivers - very beautiful. But at the same time, it is inexpensive in terms of the cost of living and food. Recommended for those who love walking and hiking. We stayed at the Uyut camping, they have a website, they want to find their contacts - as they say, "Google will help you")). There were 5 of us - 2 couples and a 4 year old child. Everyone liked it! They live in log houses, all amenities are present, TV, email. teapot. Near the houses there are nice gazebos where you can sit down for a meal, there is a gazebo - a kitchen - a common one. There is a green area, there is a swing for children, it seems that there is even a bathhouse, but we did not get to it. There is no cafe on the territory, the food was either cooked by ourselves, or went to a cafe in the village (prices by Rostov standards are ridiculous). The only drawback (but I think it was on the day when we were one of the guests at the base) - they are building new houses nearby and one day in the morning a chainsaw was working. But it's so good there that even that didn't annoy us. The places there are fabulous - for my taste, of course. This campsite is well located - next to the Khadzhokh gorge. Now some time has already passed, so the memories have faded somewhat, but definitely - I want to visit there again and maybe I will stop at the Uyut camping. In general, I recommend to everyone!
