The second time was in the same year, everything happened again... everything is fine - the reception sucks... The 3rd time we went a year later, after February 23, and then we were unpleasantly amazed by the chlorine in the pool... we were told. that there were a lot of people at 23 and the automation supposedly added a lot of some kind of reagent... Although. what reagent. if the water MUST BE thermal and flowing!! ! We decided not to come here again and we really found some great places with great water!! ! We go several times a year, we love this type of vacation and more and more interesting resorts for different budgets appear, but the demand for them has also grown!
This year I decided to celebrate my birthday at the springs, swim in warm water. relax, but missed something and started the booking process a bit late, 3 days in advance, all our favorite places were packed to capacity. And only in Terme was found a house. The price is a little high, but oh well, for a couple of days, we can handle it... Here we were 10 days ago in this supper duper resort... Silicon Thermae is called... show-off... the sea !! !... everything is cool, a huge territory , everything is equipped, a zoo, sports grounds and a gym, a pond with swans, illuminated paths, a spa center, an excellent restaurant overlooking the swan lake, fishing, saunas, etc. a beautiful pool with a lot of hydromassage bells and whistles, a lot of interesting things for children of all sorts... BUT !!!
There is a huge BUT, because of which we will NEVER go there again !! ! According to the staff, some reagents are automatically added to the water. I guess it's chlorine based. . . and there's so much of that stinky bleach that I'm still itching!! ! 10 days ITCHING!! ! Well, fuck me all the bells and whistles, if there is no main balneological factor - good thermal water !! ! A beautiful pump-room, in which, in theory, a magic liquid should flow... BUT, a piece of paper hangs a little to the side, that in the pump-room flows REGULAR TAP WATER !! ! NONSENSE!! ! Yes, and the price tag, as my brother says - "inhumane"
Yes! And further!! ! The reception again "pleased" : ) On his birthday, the resort gives the birthday boy a bonus!! ! Thank you very much - this is really VERY PLEASANT!! ! But there are nuances! A 15% bonus is accrued from the birthday and for 10 days ahead... and since we arrived 1 day before the birthday, this day is not included in the bonus accrual. this is how we were explained upon check-in (the logic is incomprehensible, it would be more logical to just give a bonus from the entire check if a birthday falls during the holiday) But this is a bonus and the owners know better how to give it! You can spend it on internal services, in a restaurant or in a spa, so we decided to pay for the gala dinner with bonuses, and since they wouldn’t be enough, we would have to pay extra with money, so we announced to the waiter... He walked somewhere for a long time, came and said, "Administrator made a recalculation: you don’t need to pay anything extra, you still have money left in your account! We were glad, we decided the next day, when leaving, to pick up some sweets in the restaurant to take with us on the road. The food is amazing, everything is delicious!! ! We started to form an order, they said that we would pay with bonuses, and then it turns out that there is NO money in our account !! ! And there is a debt for yesterday's dinner... !!! ! Those. everything happened, as we were told at the beginning... However, I did not invent it... and the waiter too... Again the receptionist...
The waiters and restaurant staff are great guys!! ! They only plow for wear and tear, the management needs to revise their schedule....They work on a shift for 3 days after 3... we were just at the end of their shift... they just fall from fatigue !! ! From early morning to late evening!! ! 3 days in a row in this mode is hard. . . Especially on weekends, when there is a lot of work. . .
My conclusion:
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT to anyone for balneological purposes!!!
Only if you don't care about water, but you need to hang out cooler, drain the loot, then it will go... You are here !!!
