Beautiful scenery and a large area is a definite plus of the complex. However, on the second day of the stay, the water in the pool turned from not very clear to bright green. At the reception they said that they did not bear any responsibility for this, that "the pool is an additional bonus", although on the "Tourist" website in the very first paragraph it says "the pool is included in the price of accommodation and the rental of pavilions.

" Apparently, the rules have changed, but they are in no hurry to notify visitors about this. There is also no housekeeping schedule. According to the manager (she did not introduce herself), cleaning takes place from 8 am to 8 pm, I have not found this information anywhere else. In the complaint that the room was not cleaned until 4 pm, the manager found the extreme, of course, maids, although the administration of the complex is to blame for this. In general, it was impossible to find complete information about what is included in the cost of payment. There is no such paper.

The area is beautifully landscaped. The rooms are wonderful, equipped on a level, repairs are better than in near and far abroad. Friendly helpful staff. I would especially like to note the hosts of the New Year's banquet and those who provide the banquet. Food at a high level. At any time of the year we recommend to everyone you will not regret it.

It used to be a tourist base, now it is a very good absolutely new hotel complex with a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, an excellent territory of 5 hectares, overlooking the Adyghe Mountains. The rooms are huge standards, the size is like apartments, the food is super for slaughter, thanks to the Odyssey travel agency for bringing it there, great weekend.
