From the moment of check-in to the moment of making a decision, 40 minutes passed, we just sat in the room and went to the reception (I write in Russian transliteration), we were politely met and escorted by the administrator Dinara, a very nice girl, but, having learned about our decision, she naturally informed us about this higher leadership, which "made a decision to let us go" for half the cost. For two rooms, for two days we paid 16800, we were asked to leave 8400 for 40 minutes, I think that this is at least unreasonable, we did not find anything like that in the hotel rules, everything that they showed us was not right. In order not to spoil the wonderful impression of the city - we still left, having paid for the stay - 5600. Guys, carefully read the rules and be more scrupulous in your choice. I can write where we stayed later, if interested, so that it is not advertising.
