The Grand Hotel Kazan is located in the very center of Kazan on Peterburgskaya Street, through an underground passage leading to the local Arbat - Bauman Street. Near the hotel there is a metro station "Tukaya Square" and a shopping center "Koltso". Uchen convenient location of the hotel. The Kremlin on Bauman Street is a 10-minute walk or 1 metro stop. In addition, a one-minute walk from the hotel "Tatarstan", where the tour desk is located, from which all excursions depart. Briefly about the hotel. Our booked room was spacious enough but had its drawbacks. Only for extra money: change of bed linen every day, bathrobe (100 rubles), slippers (50 rubles). Drinking water - 50 rubles / bottle. The entire mini-bar is paid. But for a 4 * hotel - in principle, this is normal. . Free safe, access to the gym, sauna, swimming pool. The price includes a normal breakfast. The staff is very very polite and helpful! Pleasantly surprised! In the bath: hair dryer and non-foaming shower gel and shampoo. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the periodically running rusty tap water.
This is the only hotel in Kazan that has a helipad.
The city is waiting for the Universiade - roads are being reconstructed and other construction projects are underway.

An excellent hotel for holding a conference and relaxing with colleagues after a hard day's work. Everything was arranged for us inside and out. And we were also present at the opening of the VIP bar on the 15th floor of the hotel, there was an awesome view of the whole of Kazan! we all really liked it, a lot of impressions and beautiful photos))).
