The rooms are clean, comfortable, with a decent design and decent staffing. WELCOMING and eager to please staff. Plumbing is either new or kept in PERFECT cleanliness. The bath beckons with whiteness and sparkles with cleanliness. . . I have seen a lot of hotels in 23 countries of the world and 40 cities of Russia. I am more than satisfied with this choice. Breakfast is good, tasty, homemade food. Sometimes it becomes uncomfortable from over attention from the staff. The feeling is rather not from staying in a hotel, but from visiting relatives. Everyone calls you by your first name, asks how your day went, helps you find your way around the city. Thanks a lot. I am sure that the hostel does not exactly resemble the hotel, and the relationship between people can be different - the main thing comes from your heart, and the environment responds. I also liked the dinners, I even hurried after studying in Tuchkov to have dinner there. I did not want to go to more than one cafe or dining room. Snacks with tea and pastries around the clock. Pastries of own production, as well as other dishes in the Tuchkov hotel. And everything tastes like home comfort. THANK!
