Stayed in room 2185.
Upon arrival at the room, they require an advance payment for the entire stay (very typical for Russian hotels in general - unlike hotels in normal countries) - they, however, call it either "authorization", or "reservation", but the essence this does not change the situation: the entire amount is immediately debited from the bank card. At the same time, they do not want to provide documents on payment - only, they say, when you leave (which in itself is a violation - supporting documents should be issued immediately after the payment is made). After a 15-minute tedious conversation, the employee (Anna Koroleva) nevertheless kindly agreed to provide the documents. Went up to the room: the room is not "first freshness", shabby. Dirty carpet, some stained. The wallpaper is starting to flake off here and there. The TV remote doesn't work. I opened the booklet "Room Service" - I decided to order a mug of beer. The booklet says that payment is accepted both in cash rubles and credit cards, but this turned out to be a surprise for the employee who brought me a mug of beer. The girl (apparently very good), at first suggested that I go downstairs to the restaurant and pay with a credit card there. But, after I showed her a booklet in which it was written in black and white that a guest can pay with a credit card right there in the room, she was terribly confused (says: ". . . let me pay for this beer myself - I have a tip today They gave me 150 rubles, I still have some money left for a trolleybus! "). We agreed that she would "record" this account on my number and I would pay when I leave.
In general, the hotel is very mediocre - the level of service (but, alas, not the price level) is much lower than, for example, in European hotels of the same Park Inn chain. In St. Petersburg, for the same money, you can rent a decent hotel room. So, ladies and gentlemen, as they say, I do not advise...

Since I was traveling with a child and I wanted to be sure that there would be a place to live, I asked for an invoice for accommodation myself, and I paid it myself.
We arrived earlier than the checkout time, made concessions and settled immediately, just paid extra 500 rubles.
Quiet, calm, no noisy companies. In general, I liked everything. Thanks

I want to thank the management and staff of the Park Lane Inn mini-hotel. I constantly live on business trips and have already seen quite a few from luxurious European hotels to small private hostels. I ended up in Park Lane quite by accident, our permanent hotel refused to book at the last moment and I had to urgently look for a place to stay.

Friends from St. Petersburg advised this hotel, 2 years ago their partners stayed there, a very cozy, quiet hotel, equipped according to European standards. Breakfasts are included in the price. You can cook your own dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, and there are a couple of cozy cafes nearby where you can also have a bite to eat. The rooms are clean, spacious, each has a bathroom and shower. Large bright hall where you can relax on a soft sofa after a day's work. There is also free internet and Wi-Fi in every room. Very friendly, family atmosphere, pleasant, polite staff, you can chat and help call a taxi or explain how to get there. The hotel is located in the historical center of the city, the windows overlook the courtyard, so the noise of cars and exhaust fumes are not terrible.
In the evening or on weekends, you can walk along Nevsky Prospekt, it takes 20 minutes to walk to it. There are also 3 theaters nearby. Thanks again for your hospitality and hospitality.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help as much as possible, you feel like a dear guest. Thank you again for the welcome.

We came to this hotel on the advice of friends. Lucky that during the period of BIG discounts. Lived in the standard for 2310! And this is in May, when the peak of high prices! The room has amenities, a hair dryer, slippers, air conditioning (there were not enough bathrobes, but this did not upset us very much).

The room has amenities, a hair dryer, slippers, air conditioning (there were not enough bathrobes, but this did not upset us very much). Breakfasts are modest, but for such a price we were happy with them: cheese, sliced meat, scrambled eggs, yogurt. I was pleased with the warm welcome and caring staff: in the morning we were informed about the weather, events. They were happy to help with advice on where to eat and shop. Our advice to those who travel to St. Petersburg is to visit the Park Lane Inn!! !

This was our first trip to St. Petersburg and it was wonderful!! ! and far from the last role played in this hotel. I would like to say a big thank you to the girls who prepared breakfasts "you will lick your fingers". the room was spacious and bright. the windows overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet and calm, which is important after a whole day of walking around the city.
