Stayed with a friend in this hotel when we were passing through Moscow. The staff works clearly and unobtrusively, the check-in was quick. I liked the room - clean and tidy, nothing more. My friend and I are non-smokers and really appreciated that the room had fresh air, and not smoky, as happens in other hotels.

Very cozy clean quiet hotel in the heart of the city with quality service. I recommend for tourism and recreation. Of the minuses, I can note the lack of a cooler. I liked the friendly staff, clean rooms and a comfortable bed, on which I had a good night's sleep. We booked a room through the mail on an advance payment (1500 rubles).
Upon arrival, we found the hotel quickly and settled down.
What can I say about the hotel in general:
1. The biggest minus is the thinnest walls in the room. Those. you hear absolutely EVERYTHING the neighbors are talking about, even in a whisper, in the evening it is simply impossible to fall asleep because of the noise.
2. The poor attitude of the administrator of this hotel towards the residents, a cleaning lady lived in the hotel, who also arranged a loud evening with alcohol with her friends one evening. Moreover, she did not react to repeated comments in any way, and this all continued until they began to complain to the higher management.
3. Also, the bad faith of the administrator: For 04/29/2017. the cost of living was 2000 rubles, this was confirmed through the phones indicated on the website of the hotel network. However, when we paid 2000 rubles and went on city tours, the same administrator called us and demanded to pay an additional 1000 rubles. because room rates have gone up. This issue was also settled through the higher management and the price remained unchanged - 2000 rubles. We have not received an apology for this deception.
4. Garbage in the hotel is not taken out, so you clean everything with your own hands.
5. Well, for those who like pillows in the room: thin, uncomfortable, you put 2 pillows rolled up 2 times under your head.
In general, I do not recommend staying at this hotel and looking for something more suitable.

The hotel is quiet with comfortable rooms, and a huge plus is that it is within walking distance from the metro. If the subway is nearby, then everything is nearby. Only good impressions remain! Good prices and friendly staff.
