We were going to rest in St. Petersburg in September 2009 with my husband and child. The hotel was chosen meticulously, mostly from mini-hotels. We chose the Park Lane Inn for the outwardly decent rooms and convenient location. The staff on the phone was friendly, the room was booked through the site without prepayment. Since I was traveling with a child and I wanted to be sure that there would be a place to live, I asked for an invoice for accommodation myself, and I paid it myself.
We arrived earlier than the checkout time, made concessions and settled immediately, just paid extra 500 rubles.
