my husband and I came on a romantic trip, on vacation in St. Petersburg, took a tour and settled in Okhtinskaya! On the first day upon arrival, we went on an excursion with a group, after which at 7 o'clock we were settled in a room, spending the night on 1.5 beds began to come to our senses and realized that instead of a paid double room with a large bed, they slipped us a single room with 1.5 bed! approached the administrator and began to clarify the situation, but apart from rudeness and impudence, we heard nothing, we were assured to the last that we were living in a double room! after 2 nights in a single room, after a showdown, after our perseverance, we were moved to double room! nerves were on edge! service leaves much to be desired, I don’t go to Okhtinskaya anymore, I don’t advise friends and acquaintances either! also a big minus in the hotel is the constant smell of conolization in the room and in the hotel lobby! in the end I wanted to say, from Excursions we are still impressed by St. Petersburg, the city is simply amazing, the beauty is indescribable! and the sediment from the Okhtinskaya hotel and damaged nerves will remain forever in our memory, as our first ruined vacation due to the negligence of the hotel!
