Good hotel! For your cost. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean, tea and iron can be ordered in the room. View from the window on the Neva! True, noisy from the embankment. I have not been to the suites, but "COMFORT" is quite satisfied. On a business trip to St. Petersburg - that's it. Pizzeria on the first floor, bar on the second floor.

Booked on the website of the hotel room "comfort" with extra bed. When checking in, the girl Julia at the reception insisted that we still need to pay extra for an extra bed. She did not even look at our printout of the reservation, although it was clearly stated in it that the child's place was already included in the price.

Booked on the website of the hotel room "comfort" with extra bed. When checking in, the girl Julia at the reception insisted that we still need to pay extra for an extra bed. She did not even look at our printout of the reservation, although it was clearly stated in it that the child's place was already included in the price. Then she called another administrator (Yana), who figured out the situation and finally settled us in the room. At the same time, Julia did not even apologize. Yana did it for her. We went into the room, it turned out to be uncleaned (garbage by the bed, dust on the radiator and window sill). We went down to the reception again and told about it. We were offered another room ("just clean"). We checked in and the room was really clean. It's just new (after renovation) and no one has lived in it yet. Of the pluses - only renovated room and bathroom, comfortable mattresses. Cons: terrible pillows, lack of ventilation in the room, no window for ventilation (you can only open the balcony door, because the window is deaf), cardboard doors (terrible audibility, conversations in the corridor started at 7 am). Breakfast buffet. the menu is the same every day: ham, hot sausage (terrible), sausage cheese and regular cheese, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, oatmeal porridge, scrambled eggs, casserole, sausages (cheapest), rice or buckwheat, chopped Chinese cabbage, regular cabbage, grated carrots, boiled eggs, two types of juices (diluted). For dessert, two types of cakes (and obviously stale ones), black and green tea, milk and coffee from a coffee machine (coffee is not bad). All products are cheap and it is clear that they are not the first freshness. Towels were changed daily but cleaned superficially. The balcony was not cleaned at all, it is impossible to go out on it. In general - the hotel clearly does not pull on three stars and this money. I won't stop there next time!

My husband and I came to St. Petersburg for a week (on vacation). Pleased with the fact that the room was clean, cleaned every day, tucked beds. There were also disposable toothbrushes and tubes of toothpaste. Liquid soap, gel/shampoo. This hotel was quiet and peaceful, with great views in both directions from the upper floors.

Despite the fact that the hotel is located 15 minutes from the city center, it is very convenient to get to the center (buses and minibuses run regularly, there is a free shuttle to the Moscow railway station and metro station Vosstaniya). Large parking lot, there are always places, for free!
Affordable price, helpful staff, nice clean rooms and a great atmosphere, what else do you need for a wonderful holiday!

my husband and I came on a romantic trip, on vacation in St. Petersburg, took a tour and settled in Okhtinskaya! On the first day upon arrival, we went on an excursion with a group, after which at 7 o'clock we were settled in a room, spending the night on 1.5 beds began to come to our senses and realized that instead of a paid double room with a large bed, they slipped us a single room with 1.

only yesterday returned from St. Petersburg, lived in Okhtinskaya. The overall impression of the trip is very positive! From the hotel, too, but I will honestly describe both the pros and cons. Standart room: + Our windows and balcony overlooked the Neva, the view is awesome both during the day and in the evening.

only yesterday returned from St. Petersburg, lived in Okhtinskaya. The overall impression of the trip is very positive! From the hotel, too, but I will honestly describe both the pros and cons. Standart room:
+ Our windows and balcony overlooked the Neva, the view is awesome both during the day and in the evening. you can see the cathedral, the bridge at a glance. the only pity is that during our stay it was under reconstruction, there was no beautiful night lighting.
+ Towels changed regularly, room cleaned. The staff is friendly, especially the front desk.
+ good breakfast. you can choose what you want more - dairy, salads or pastries))
+ there are many 24-hour grocery stores nearby on the next street. we liked "Polushka", very tasty dairy products Big mug, St. Petersburg and Khmelnoy honey))
- the same breakfast from day to day is the same in composition. I would love to have some variety. for a week only 1 time there were broccoli for a side dish, the rest of the days the potatoes were either french fries or cutlets.
- the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired, there was no repair for 5 years for sure. dirty walls, slightly smoked in some places. we didn’t worry much about this, it’s not all the time to look at these walls, but cosmetic repairs are highly desirable.
- VERY inconvenient location of outlets! there are only 3 of them. and they are either hidden behind the bed or table, or next to the mini-bar, which we used as a mini-fridge. the socket in the bathroom, designed for a hair dryer (girls, attention! ), Could not master my simple hair dryer. not wanting to lose the technique, she went to dry herself in the mini-bar outlet. and there. . .
- another significant minus, the girls will understand me. the lighting in the room itself is represented by a weak round lamp above the bed. in such a light, putting on makeup by the mirror is simply unrealistic, it is in the corner by the balcony door, the light falls there only slightly. the lamps standing on the bedside tables would hardly have been a help, because there was simply nowhere to connect them (let me remind you about sockets). Who designed these numbers, his hands would be twisted, honestly.
As for the rest, I can say that on the next trip we might choose Okhtinskaya, the view is already very mesmerizing)) and the fact that there is no metro nearby is completely compensated by regular buses))

was in the city on business, due to the large influx of tourists in the usual hotels he settled in Okhtinskaya. The hotel was upset, first of all, by the work of the reservation service and the reception, which does not respond to calls. when booking through the site, no one guarantees an early check-in time even if you pay in advance.

I was offered to leave my things in a storage room and arrive by 14:00, I had to reschedule the meeting, it is difficult and long to get to the center in the afternoon due to traffic jams. There are not enough maids, although they clean normally, the staff is not polite (though not all). in general, no more foot there.

I never imagined that there could be such hotels in such a city. No more foot in there. The hotel lacks even outlets. To charge a mobile phone, I had to move the table and turn off the TV from the socket. And such a luxury as a pair of hooks in the bathroom is simply unaffordable. In the hotel, according to the latest fashion, they replaced the keys with smart cards, which do not want to work normally, they could not get into the room for 40 minutes.

The service is generally below any reasonable limit. The reception does not pick up the phone, you have to go down yourself with any small question. The restaurant is generally a song, after sitting for 20 minutes, the waiter deigned to come up only when the code moved together to the exit.

Bad hotel, the walls in the rooms are thin, the audibility is excellent, the location is poor to go to Vosstaniya Square, and it’s almost impossible to walk along Nevsky Prospekt !!!! , The staff was rude and impudent, if you don’t like it, go to another hotel, but to get to another hotel you need to make a lot of effort and money.

And who wants to hear this upon arrival at the hotel when you are tired and your only desire to relax is to take a shower. Friends bypass the Okhtinskaya hotel on a long journey!

We rested in this hotel in May, loved it! The windows of our room overlooked the Neva, beautifully unusual!! ! In general, good service, decent breakfast parking in front of the hotel 250 rubles a day. The room is clean, shower, sink, toilet, the presence of white towels!! ! And plus a large balcony overlooking the Peter the Great Bridge and the Neva River, sitting on the balcony at night, watching the bridges draw! Everything is great!.
