We chose it because it is in the city center. The staff is rude, performs any actions with an air of extreme favor. There is Wi-Fi, but the Internet is via adsl, although it is clear at the entrance that there are house networks. Uploading photos to the cloud (for one day of walking around the city) did not work even overnight, I had to buy a local sim card, since the city center and 4G work fine.

There is a smell of mold and sewerage, which is "clogged" with the abundant use of detergents, after cleaning the toilet you can't go there - it hurts your eyes. But wash every day.
A smoking area has been arranged on the landing from the back door. (the fact that federal law prohibits smoking there for owners as well as for employees, it doesn’t matter).
Any claims are sent to write "in the sport lotto", they say we have a disabled person registered with us, no check will be included. And "if you don't like it, nobody keeps you here. " "Yes, who are you to tell me. " These are quotes from a mini-hotel employee.
Can you imagine the ambition of the owners then : )
I liked the city and no efforts of the hotel staff spoiled the impression in the end.

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to write. My husband and I are in this hotel for the second time. The first time we were passing through, the second time we came to the holiday. We liked everything, clean, comfortable. Everything corresponds to what was stated when booking. But our review is not dedicated to the hotel, but administrators.

Last time (5 months ago), my husband dropped a golden ring (wedding) in the room, but did not notice. We did not leave our phone, because we booked on the day of arrival. We did not know what exactly we lost there . Can you imagine, when we arrived in June, the administrator was so happy (! ) That she could return this ring to us. We didn’t expect it, to be honest. It’s always nice when you meet honest, decent people. We thank them for their work and attention. We will definitely come back to you, especially since St. Petersburg is our favorite city (although we live in a different one).

We visited the most beautiful city on the Neva. A fairy tale city, a dream city... White nights, the architecture of old houses, palaces, beautiful streets - everything left an indelible mark on our souls. We stayed in Alluria. A small, cozy hotel. The main thing is the very center but quiet, clean and of high quality.

Now we want to come in winter. We were told that there will be a lot of snow... (and the price will be low! ) We'll see.

Were in St. Petersburg, stayed at the Alluriya mini-hotel. The hotel itself is good, located 200-300 meters from Vosstaniya Square (Moskovsky railway station), clean, linen and towels are clean, comfortable, cozy, the room has a TV, solid wooden furniture, a mirror. But the rudeness of the servants has no limits!! ! We got the impression that we stayed in the house of little-known people for free.

But the rudeness of the servants has no limits!! ! We got the impression that we stayed in the house of little-known people for free. For my money (5.200 for two days), one could not be rude. Met terribly, the look and conversation of these women killed! There was simply no time and effort (only from the train) to look for another hotel, and there are hundreds of them in the city. Breakfast, which, by the way, was paid for, had to beg and hinted, you can at least drink coffee. To take a pill, they bought a miner. water, because I didn’t want to once again ask for anything, although it seems to me that on arrival the girl administrator was obliged to tell the rules of accommodation and the services provided by the hotel! Peter himself impressed, the city is very beautiful, every house, every pebble is a story! Older people (from 50 to 70 years old) are very friendly, cultured. Themselves, seeing that we were looking for the right route, offered to help. Even surprised!
