Dirt all around, dust on the floor, hair, sand in the closet, the refrigerator stank of fish, the balcony overlooked the courtyard, the pool with children, screaming, noise, it’s scary to go into the bathroom, mold is everywhere, the taps are dirty, the sewer smells, and in general how as if it had not been repaired and cleaned for a hundred years. They barely survived, the next day they moved to a triple room, the room is much better, but the walls are cracked all around, the curtains on the windows are in terrible greasy spots, apparently they never wash. The advertised minibar is missing and probably never existed. The room was not cleaned every day, only the garbage was taken out. In the dining room, the girls constantly forgot either our number or put all the dishes on the table. I had to run after them. In general, the impression of the hotel is bad. No one returned the difference in the price for the room, no one apologized. The only pleasant impression was made by the administrator Lily, she somehow tried. If you don't want to ruin your vacation like me, don't stay at this hotel. The price doesn't match the quality of the service.

Recently returned from this hotel. We had a great rest! We went with a large friendly company with children. I was pleased with the attitude of the staff towards the guests. The hotel itself is located in a small lane about 100m from Pionersky Prospekt, next to it there are several more hotels, a water park. To the beach - 7-10 minutes with an average step. The beach is urban, quite clean, there is a toilet (with a shower), something like a cafe, all sorts of "toys" for big and small. The sea is very warm, shallow, periodically blooms, but somehow this does not interfere with the majority of swimmers. Dzhemete (and Anapa) liked the cleanliness, abundance of flowers.
In short, a suitable place for a family holiday, optimal value for money.

And I also really liked the attitude towards children: there is a playroom with toys, an animator in the daytime and a room with computers. The kids loved the pool which is warm night and day. The staff is very friendly, everything is somehow family-like, very responsive, they were always ready to help. I liked everything very much, the reviews about the food are cold, it's a lie, for 23 days that there was nothing like that, the portions are normal. There probably were just gluttons who wrote about food.
