And again, only words of GRATITUDE AND DELIGHT to the administration and all the staff of the hotel! As always, cleanliness, order, excellent, healthy food, friendly attitude and smiles of all the staff !! ! You feel at home or like visiting your best friends !! ! Such a welcoming, friendly, attentive attitude is rare to find anywhere. It can be seen that the staff is selected professionally and competently. Everything is in its place. It all started from the moment we arrived. We were 4 hours late to check in. When we entered the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the administrator Anastasia so that we understood that we were expected and that we were welcome. It's rare, to say the least. The same positive attitude was from all the hotel staff throughout our stay. The second plus of the hotel is the rooms. We had a standard maxi room. The room itself is small but very comfortable. . Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, which is also very rare - we were provided with a baby cot, the room has a comfortable bathroom with underfloor heating, the heating of which is constantly adjusted as needed, a regular mirror and a cosmetic mirror with magnification, liquid soap, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail, hooks and hangers for towels - plenty, in the room - TV, refrigerator, kettle, cups, spoons, in the hallway - comfortable furniture - shoe rack, wardrobe, safe. Separately, about the furniture - comfortable beds, folding chair, chest of drawers. In a word - everything is very convenient. The mirrors are at the right level, there is a place to put things away, so there is always order, the beds are comfortable, there is a clothes dryer on the balcony. Everything is thought out! The third plus is the work of maids, cleaning. Cleaning was carried out at a convenient time - daily, efficiently, quickly and imperceptibly for us. Simply top class! While we were having breakfast, the maids managed to clean our room - vacuum, dust, change linen and towels (linen was changed once every 3 days, but it is possible to change linen if desired at least daily). We've never had any problems with this. . The pluses of the hotel include the following points: - the presence of free internet - this was a very important point for us - my husband worked even on vacation, I had a laptop with me (however, like me))) - provision of free strollers and high chairs in the cafe "Bounty", - the presence of a children's playroom, - a thermal complex, billiards, a beauty salon - unfortunately we could not use these benefits, because we were resting with a small child and it was simply not up to it, - the outdoor pool - also did not use , the pool is closed in May. But they saw how it was being prepared for the start of operation - everything is sympathetic and aesthetically pleasing. Now let's move on to the downside. It is already clear that this is food. Breakfasts are organized in the cafe "Bounty" - breakfasts themselves are tasteless, products and (or preparation) of poor quality. I don’t say anything about monotony, it’s not the main thing for me. Even monotonous food can be delicious if cooked from the heart. Service in the cafe - not at the right level and corresponding to the hotel itself. In addition to breakfasts, complex lunches and dinners were promised on the Albatros website. Unfortunately, it turned out that they will only be in the summer. Therefore, there we went to the cafes of the city. The dining room, which is located nearby, "Golden Oasis" is not very tasty, at a price of lunch for two, 400-500 rubles. Went there a couple of times and stopped. I really liked the Poseidon cafe (corner of Gorky and Krasnodarskaya streets) - everything is very tasty, the prices are reasonable (more expensive than the Golden Oasis, but cheaper and much tastier than the Bounty), pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. And in conclusion, I want to say - I really want to return to Albatross. The hotel is in a great location, close to the sea and entertainment. But most importantly, the people here are good. )))

The room is beautiful, clean... the balcony is large with furniture. The staff is very polite and pleasant. The atmosphere in the Tiamo cafe is wonderful, they cook - you will lick your fingers! Breakfast at the Bounty is also very tasty.
