1 bed 2 bedroom, 2 single beds. The furniture is strong, the mattresses are hard. Linen is new, strong, without stains. , Zh. k. a TV and a small refrigerator, and also a condo (never turned on, there was no need)
There are no personal hygiene products in the room, which is good, I would have thrown them away. Get used to using your own.
They did the cleaning themselves which is a plus. There is no reason for scandals that you have something missing.
The dishes at the beginning were in bulk, then disappeared))) After suggestion to the neighbors on the floor, everything appeared (there is nothing to take everything away by numbers)
The checkout time is 12-00 and why yell that you were asked to vacate the room at the specified time ??

The owners are normal people. All questions are answered, you are not bothered. What else does a vacationer need?

At the peak of the season… with a small child it would be crazy…. I had to stay.
From service discrepancies further: old linen ....Dishes in the kitchen are constantly not enough for everyone ....In the evenings, there were not enough seats a couple of times ...on the sites in the description of Ruslana is described as a small guest house - this is not so ....At least 25 rooms…. . and all have one gas stove…. With two working burners…. At any cost...For the first time, my family and I were treated like this - always, no matter what type of housing I rented, we expected a taxi in it ...housing, and not on chairs in the yard, with suitcases, like refugees ...Like an educational program for Lyudmila - if you are the hostess hotels…. So be kind enough to provide the bathrooms with paper and soap…… do the daily cleaning of the rooms….
