We stayed there at the beginning of August. On the day of arrival, they were late for lunch, they refused to feed us, although the delay was 10 minutes. They took a room on the 5th floor, after a couple of days they regretted it, the elevator broke down and repaired it in 5 days. I got a spacious one, I was pleased with the presence of a hairdryer, a basin for linen, but there were constant interruptions with water, you lathered, but there was no pressure. The telephone in the room did not work, no matter how much we complained, we did not achieve a result. The dining room was pleased with the presence of a refrigerator with dairy products. There were few salads, mostly vegetable cuts, there were fruits (peaches, watermelons, plums, grapes). It seemed that they didn’t know how to cook borscht there, they went to a cafe and weren’t pleased there. The pool is open for certain hours and is small but clean. With their territory, this zone could be done better. We rested in Ukraine in the Atlantic, there is beauty, not a pool !! ! Excursions can be booked on site. . The beach is 10 minutes walk, the beach is clean, sandy (we really liked it!!! ) We went for a walk in the city, we liked it very much!! ! I would like to wish the hotel administration to be MORE ATTENTIVE to their guests !!!! !
