We were met by a woman. She settled us in building 1 in a two-room suite with a kitchen, one room was closed. We, tired from the road, spent three days in a car with a disabled child in our arms, did not argue, and we liked the room. After that, they left us alone. The next time, we saw this person only a week later, when she brought us bed linen to replace. Even when the gas was turned off for almost a day, not one of the owners came and asked how and what we feed a disabled child without even being able to warm up the food! They just didn't care! We spent the whole day asking for help in the nearest stores, where we were allowed to heat food for the child in the microwave and were given boiling water. The hostess of the hotel appeared only on October 30 in the evening and we were surprised to learn that our paid days end on 31 at 12 noon! When they began to understand, they told us in an ultimatum form that our day began at 12 noon on October 18 !! ! They impudently demanded another 1000 rubles from us for an additional day, knowing that we want to leave on the 31st at night! Terrible experience!! ! People initially mislead and deceive. The goal is to get as much money as possible from you!

After that, we rented a car and bought a chair in a children's store. 10. The lower floors of the new building are very damp and dark, because the building has such an unrealistic density that Moscow builders can only dream of. You can easily reach the wall of the neighboring house with your hand, so the presence of a window in the room does not mean anything. . . Who needs silence - definitely take not the first floor, because the ever-furious children will get you with their cries. In the rooms of the first floors it was impossible to stink of sewerage, apparently there are real problems with ventilation. Those who lived on the 3rd and 4th floors were more satisfied; 4. Utensils in the kitchen. It's horrible. Even my grandmother didn’t have such pots (bent old aluminum) and nightmarish pans. I cooked food for the child myself, but still I advise you to use the services of cafes and canteens located nearby, where we later began to go - no one has ever had a single poisoning. I was especially pleased with dining room No. 15 - huge portions and always fresh homemade food at reasonable prices. In general, I really liked Dzhemet, the sea is amazing, there are few people (unlike Anapa), but we will not go to this hotel again, although there is generally no sharp negative opinion. В гостинице имеется огороженная автостоянка, вмещающая 5 легковых автомобилей. Пользование автостоянкой бесплатное. Рядом есть большая платная стоянка.

В гостинице 11 номеров стандартной комфортности в Первом корпусе и 11 номеров повышенной комфортности во Втором корпусе (новом). Уборка в номерах производится через день, смена белья каждые 5 дней. В каждом номере имеется стартовый набор предметов гигиены: туалетная бумага, влажные гигиенические салфетки, мыло.

Номера оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного проживания: мебелью, кондиционером, телевизором, холодильником среднего размера и санузлом. Полы номеров застелены ковролином по всему периметру, а в новом корпусе пол в санузле и холлах с подогревом – можно ходить босиком и не бояться, что дети простудятся, играя на полу.

Каждый номер имеет отдельный вход с террасы. Комнаты просторные по 15-18 метров, обычно для этой категории гостиниц района Джемете комнаты меньше.

На террасе перед входом в каждый номер стоит дополнительный летний столик и стулья за которым можно перекусить на открытом воздухе или поиграть детям.
