We rested for two weeks in August 2014 in the new territory of Kassandra. We won't go again. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before. Now in order. We booked in advance, the prepayment was transferred to the IP account (I don’t remember). It was a little uncomfortable, since neither the surname nor the email addresses are in any way connected with the institution. The amount is insignificant and therefore not very worried because we were driving a car. We drove at night and were on the spot exactly at the hour of arrival: 12.00. On the move, the reception of the administrators was unpleasantly surprised, the feeling was that we were not only not expected, but also upset that we had arrived at all. When asked to show the room before the final payment, with undisguised displeasure and sarcasm, they asked: "What if you don't like it, will you leave? " We got lucky with the number. Large, overlooking the sea, with a good large loggia on two sides (corner building number). True, on the other hand that it is not on the sea, it is better not to open the door and the windows to the loggia - the dining room workers in between times go out to smoke and swear. . . like canteen workers) Yes, and the remnants of food in barrels also spoil both the view and the atmosphere. More about the room: the cheapest plumbing and hooks-hangers in the bathroom. Shower leaky and rusty. The tap water is yellow. And in general, the savings are visible everywhere - from the clothesline to the buns in the dining room. EVERYTHING is the cheapest. Of the pluses of the room - clean linen (unlike towels). Room cleaning - almost daily, but very superficially. During the first week of stay, the lights were switched off DAILY. No light - no water, no air conditioning (it was very hot). On the third day after another shutdown, I went to the administrators with a question. In response, he received reciprocal claims, perhaps not insults. Nutrition. . . Half an hour is allotted for meals. The crowd storms the dining room doors at "H" hour. Dining room without air conditioning. For boiling water, a flea market. Mugs are missing. Teaspoons are minimal and almost never available. I didn't see any knives. Glasses with compote for lunch - cracked. The food is very simple to say the least. It’s good that we were in a car and every day we went to the village, then we bought pizza, then something else. Fruits and sweets were also taken to the children in the village. Once I had to buy bread in the village for my table. The batch of bread in the dining room turned out to be defective (there is some kind of dirt in the white bread or something), when asked to replace it, they shrugged their hands - the bread is all like that, there will be no other. Children's animation: 300 rubles per day. This is one of the advantages of Cassandra. But, as it turned out, it does not apply to Cassandra. If children have something to do, then adults are frankly bored. There are fifteen sun loungers on the beach and they are always busy (people run to the beach early in the morning to tie towels on them) and some of them are broken. But the main plus is the sea. It's nearby. Replace staff (administrators in the first place), improve the work of the dining room, replace hangers, plumbing, mugs, spoons, etc. , buy sun loungers for everyone on the beach, hang mosquito nets and everyone will be happy. But I don't think anything will change. There were no empty seats during our stay. Everyone was indignant, but they ate, drank, slept in stuffiness. Demand exceeds supply. And they (the founders) know this and treat vacationers like cattle.
