Pros: In general, the hotel is good - beautiful, large area, several good pools, elevator. Everything looks very "pompous". The rooms match the photos on the website. Location - the beginning of the main (only) Vityazevskaya beach street - Paralia. On the one hand, all the entertainment is at hand, on the other, it is quiet and calm.

Pros:
In general, the hotel is good - beautiful, large area, several good pools, elevator. Everything looks very "pompous". The rooms match the photos on the website. Location - the beginning of the main (only) Vityazevskaya beach street - Paralia. On the one hand, all the entertainment is at hand, on the other, it is quiet and calm. To the sea with an average step - 10-15 minutes (the site says 7-10 minutes). To be honest, we thought it would be closer.
I was also pleased that we were met and escorted to the railway station - for free.
Of the minuses:
1. The frequency of room cleaning - in our 11 days of stay, the room was cleaned 3 times. For a "sand" resort - this is very little. A day later in the room it was possible to baste a small "sandbox". Moreover, upon arrival, no one told us that for cleaning you need to give your keys to the cleaning lady, otherwise there will be no cleaning.
2. Girls at the front desk - in my opinion, they all need to take courses "Customer Service". Very slow, one does not know what the other is doing/did. One girl walked around the hotel as if she was not an administrator, but the owner of the hotel (in the worst sense of the word). I can only note the work of the administrator Irina (smiling, responsive, with a desire to help).
3. Dining room - prices in the dining room are 15-20% higher than in nearby cafes / canteens, but the quality of food leaves much to be desired. Not tasty, the food is almost always cold, the buns are almost dry. But most often they ate with them, because they did not want to get poisoned.
