We arrived to be accommodated in another hotel, which was unfinished, and we were sent to rest in Feya-3, and here the hotel really lives up to its name, it’s fabulous here) A huge landscaped area, a healthy pool, and 2 pool bars (in which it was not at all boring in the evening , and cheerful companies gathered), a playground, a cinema, a children's room (here's a terrible teacher there, that is, that is), the staff is responsive, friendly, animators, bartenders darlings, well done barbecue!
The buffet is of course monotonous, but all the products are delicious, fresh, food for almost every taste, I was very surprised by the so-called "Russo tourists" who literally ripped a tray of marshmallows from the waiter)))) as if they had never seen marshmallows in their lives), it was worth come a little later, as there were no more tasty treats left)
Well, the construction site was not far from us, but it did not interfere with us in any way. So it all depends on the mood, if you come to rest, you will rest, and if you wish, you can find any shortcomings

Not once called back to the company, they were interested. We were told that everything is fine, the places are booked. The problems began even before the departure, when the husband was called to work. I had to travel alone with two small children. I did not want to deprive the children of the long-awaited vacation at sea. On July 31, they called the partner company Onur, they said that our vouchers were sent to the information desk of the boarding house. Without buying a train ticket, I had to take the bus (the bus went to the KUBAN rock festival). Due to the fact that the festival began on August 1, we had to go earlier. After 8 hours of travel, the air conditioner died near the bus, and there were no air vents there and we had to go in stuffiness (imagine what it was like for the children, and they are only 2 and 4 years old). At the same time, the three of us rode in 2 seats. We were fortunately refunded 30% for the inconvenience of transportation, but it was HELL for me and, most importantly, small children! Upon arrival, we stopped in Taman for two days to rebook. On August 1, a call came from the travel agency Onur, and then I was informed that the company had not transferred the money for our vacation and could not provide us with a service. It was said that our coupons were canceled, and the money will be returned to benefit. ru! Long negotiations with the travel agency Onur did not bring any benefits. The benefit reassured me that there was still one day left, and the Onur travel agency answered me in a boorish manner that nothing would shine for you !! ! At the same time, I was alone with the children in an unfamiliar place, having 5.000 rubles in my pocket, and return tickets for August 12. In connection with such a “GOOD” holiday, my husband was urgently looking for money at home to send to us. As a result, we rested only 5 days! Realizing that I had no more money, I went to change tickets. At the box office they told me that there were no tickets! And I had to negotiate with the conductors to take the children home! (Many thanks to the conductor Valentina!!! ) The rest ended with the three of us on the same shelf of the train with the kids.
As a result: about 300 rubles. spent on negotiations with benefit. ru. And the Onur tour operators did not even apologize, and did not try to understand and help me. I wish the employees of this Onur travel agency to experience the same "PLEASURE" from the rest as we had!!!
On August 14, the money has not yet been returned to me!

Security "and we are drinking tea here" letting everyone in.
The crazy money you give can be spent on the most luxurious vacation in Europe. Do not go there, love yourself.

There were not enough sun loungers by the pool for all the vacationers, the sea is very far away, the beach is not equipped, there is rubbish all around. The most interesting thing was at the end of our holiday at the reception: when paying for a bar-refrigerator, they took 70 rubles extra from us (I don’t feel sorry for this money, I want to tell you how low they fell, it would be better if I paid them for additional services than so to pinch people's pennies). Yes, in the end, the manager of the warehouse of drinks, along with the maid, rude me: “that it was my child who “flogged” these drinks with him and sort it out, ” although my child has pocket money (I think more than she has in her wallet) and can afford to buy everything that wishes. This is such an unpleasant vacation in a boarding house. The only thing I liked was this playground. I am very sorry that I did not believe the negative reviews and decided to go to FEYA 3.

It’s hard to walk such distances to the sea - it’s hard to walk such distances with a stroller, it’s not convenient on the sand with a stroller, but they seem to have adapted - they walked, they even found pluses from walking for themselves
Cleaning every day, but so - one name... (smearing sand around the room) we had a small rag and sometimes we had to wipe the floor - because walking on the sand is not very pleasant...
The linen was changed 1 time during our stay (and then when they approached them 3 times), but they had to change it every 3 days !! ! (something they had broken in the laundry) again, this should not be a problem for vacationers . .
Well, the hotel itself is still new, mostly asphalt and concrete walls on the territory - there is little greenery, but we hope they will fix it : ))
In general, I liked the rest, if not for the service in the hotel : ))

All positive statements are lies, probably their employees. I did not see a single satisfied person out of two hundred people.

The main requirements for the rest were the presence of a clean equipped beach belonging to the hotel, clean equipped rooms, as well as the availability of food at the hotel. Comparing the prices for the hotels presented on the site, the choice fell on the boarding houses of the Fei network, namely Feya-3, as the cheapest option. The difference in price, according to the words of the operator Ekaterina, is due to the location of the hotel opposite Fairy 2 across Pionersky Prospekt. It is not true. Feya-3 is located 2-3 km from Feya-2. But it turned out to be for the best, because the farther from the center, the quieter and greener. The difference in price is due to the neighborhood on the one hand, the hotel is blocked by an abandoned 5-storey buildings of the pioneer camp, on the other, the Fairy-4 construction site. Compare real photos with photos on the operator's website. I will not describe the service at Fairy 3 - it is terrible, although no, it is typical for pioneer camps of the Soviet period. Staff - local residents, unfortunately, do not realize that guests are the most important and valuable thing in the hotel and they must be loved and appreciated. Another, in my opinion, more important point is catering, about which the tour operator, of course, does not warn. In Fei-3, there is a regular canteen with meals by the hour and by SHIFT ! ! The food is simple and monotonous. The tables are tight. If you eat with knives, forget about them for the rest. The waiters carry trays with plates ten levels among the rows and literally put the second one on your head.
The beach, as it turned out, is common. There are no toilets, no sun loungers, no showers. Nothing. Vacationers relieve themselves in the sea, without hiding it, or in changing rooms, which for some reason are on the beach.
Of course, my judgment is subjective, and I am sure that someone will really like such a vacation. Basically, I was upset by the lies of the tour operator and the illiteracy of the owner of the Fairy network. A person who builds new hotels in such a picturesque place builds them according to the patterns of Soviet pioneer camps. Does not provide staff training.
I want to add that not everything is bad, and some changes are taking place for the better. For example, in the village there are separate lanes for the movement of cyclists and the disabled. But this is very little and, frankly, it's a shame for our Krasnodar Territory. There is no civilized rest there... as there was a scoop, it remains.
