Meals are declared a three-time buffet!! ! They cook delicious. Monotonous nutrition, rather fatty and mayonnaise. Meat is not and will not be! Every day a chicken in a different performance. Don't expect chicken breast! There is also liver, bony fish and minced meat dishes (meatballs, zrazy, something like hedgehogs and a casserole). Salads are all in mayonnaise, except for cucumbers and tomatoes - it is in oil. For dinner, wine is sometimes given - two decanters of white and red liter. I didn’t have time, they won’t deliver anymore! The chef sits and watches all the time how much you put on a plate, makes comments! Why take so much, because you can’t eat it. Better come back again. The dishes there are worth their weight in gold, if you break you for it they will simply eat it - so many eyes will drill you! And most importantly, the entrance to the dining room across the street! The dining room itself is small, so huge queues accumulate. You stand and look people in the mouth and wait for them to eat and make room.
The hotel does not have its own territory. On the one hand I went out - I found myself on a shopping street, on the other hand I went out - a parking lot and a backyard. Also, there is no area on the beach. It is 720 meters from the hotel to the sea, of which 300 meters go along the sand, without wooden decks, bypassing the fenced areas of other hotels and resorts. There are a lot of people on the beach during the season, there is nowhere to spit, let alone lay a sunbed.
By the way, also in the hotel frequent interruptions with water. They can turn it off for a day, I had to draw water from the pool in order to at least go to the toilet somehow.
I forgot to add that no one cleaned the pool for 2 weeks of our stay. So a good layer of sand had already accumulated at the bottom, and then a glass was broken there on the side - the glass was removed from the side, but something could get into the pool itself... therefore, whoever saw it, bypassed and swam around this place.
In the room, the carousel does not catch the tv channel, they do not turn it on in the hall on the ground floor, they say the TV is preventing it from working. Wi-fi catches in the lobby on the ground floor, in the corridors on the floors and a little in the dining room. Doesn't get wi-fi in the room.
In no case do I advise this hotel, which positions itself as a 3 *, in fact, there is no star rating here... for me, rest in the private sector at Baba Masha's is better than at the Dolphin Hotel. For the money, the service is not worth it.
We were accommodated friendly (all staff are very friendly) and quickly, they gave us a room to choose from. We took a view of the pool (although the music was screaming there until 11 pm all day), but the windows overlooking another hotel a couple of meters away are also not the best option. Then we didn’t listen to music for a long time, we got tired of it there, you can’t close the balcony with nothing to breathe, because. the air conditioner is not cooling. But since there was always a wind (due to the location of the hotel), it was normal to breathe. The hotel itself is new, but not all the little things are thought out to the end, and they saved money on everything. There was a dryer with clothespins on the balcony, they gave out towels for the face and baths, but there were none for the legs. There were always puddles in the bath because of this, so they left us a floor cloth! And in general, for all 2 weeks, we only changed towels 2 times and 1 time linen, which we changed ourselves! And they cleaned us only 4 times, and then all the cleaning consisted in taking out the garbage, they washed the floor 2 times in our presence, although it was of little use, there was a sea of sand. The faucet was removed to prevent people from washing their feet before entering the hotel. The hotel itself is clean to a shine, not to mention the rooms. We took a baby cot, 400r / day, there was enough space in the room. TV caught a couple of channels and worse than abroad. The room has only overhead lighting and no sconces, which is very inconvenient. The push was constantly breaking, they repaired it immediately, then they told us, hit water on it and it will pour, which they did!
The weather was cool in July, the sea is icy, and you can’t swim in the pool, heating is one name. Playground next to the pool, a slide with a ladder, everything! There was animation for children, as many as 3 animators for such a small hotel, we watched it from the balcony, people liked it.
The restaurant is small, so vacationers ate in 2 shifts. But still, there were always not enough seats, which was very annoying. Young waiters cleared the table quickly, sometimes they took away what you put in your mouth from under your nose and shook everything off the table onto the floor. Crockery and cutlery in limited quantities, not enough. Therefore, constant queues for something. Food is a whole other story. Buffet one name, worse than in the canteen. Such monotony. You always choose from two dishes to choose from, but buckwheat and cabbage were always present 3 times a day and every day! I have never eaten so much cabbage in my life. There is simply nothing to eat, of course you can eat what they threw out to us, but you don’t feel like it at all, your appetite disappeared looking at all these abundance. And after the whole family got poisoned there, and we were not alone, the ambulance came to the neighboring building more than once, the rotovirus was on the face, choosing to eat something so that it would blow over and not blow over again, was reduced to zero. From vegetables, tomatoes and cabbage, from meat called chicken - waste from it, naturally buckwheat, rice, potatoes, even pasta has not been cooked normally, from sweet-cheap cookies, from fruits - slices of apples and an orange. Drinking after the poisoning was brought with them, fortunately they gave us a kettle (although it didn’t seem to be given to everyone in a row). Everything that was not eaten was given out in 2 circles, or even put in the soup. I have never seen soup with buckwheat! There are no words.
It's far from the sea, especially it's hard to spank on the sand. There are so many people on the beach that the ass has nowhere to land. The beaches are wide, but all are divided into private ones, for pioneers, for entertainment, a strip of 10-15 meters remains shorter, everything is also divided in the water, they swam for a couple of days, due to good weather on each other's heads. The sea was all in mud. The number of cattle per square meter is awesome, infuriated by Russian lack of culture and bad manners, both adults and children.
Constantly, both on the beach and on the street, Africans stick to taking pictures, dressed up as natives, also with animals, which is very annoying, and eventually annoying.
We walked along Vityazevo, a lot of different entertainment, carousels, restaurants, shops. Many hotels are new set up and all with swimming pools and playgrounds.
In general, despite the numerous disadvantages, I liked the rest, the main thing is to tune in positively, and although I love Anapa, this time I was disappointed and realized that you can’t save on vacation. And if you rest there, then only in the Riviera, where the level of service is high and the contingent of vacationers is higher.
