Hello! I don't like to write bad reviews, but there seems to be no way out. We were going with my family (me, wife and child 3 years old) to visit this "wonderful" hotel. Preparations began well in advance, as early as December. After reading the reviews, both positive and negative, we were pulled to stop here.

Preparations began well in advance, as early as December. After reading the reviews, both positive and negative, we were pulled to stop here. About everything in order. Upon arrival, we immediately faced the problem of settling, namely, we were promised to be settled on the second floor, because the audibility here is amazing. But, after talking with the administration, we were kindly refused, although the wife discussed this moment when booking. Further "struck" the light in the room. Three small light bulbs for the whole room... like in a molehill. But that's not all. There is dust in the room, sand on the floor, and for a moment we have just settled into the room. The next stage is the so-called "all inclusive" system.
Judging by the reviews, rotovirus infection is also included in the system. On the third day of our stay, the child fell ill, then my wife and I. I did not wait for any medicines, no help from the staff. The “security service” was a miracle in general. I was looking for a thermometer to measure the temperature of a child, they gave me a non-contact one. When asked if there is another, for example, mercury, the respected "sisuritu" replied that there was nothing else. Many thanks to individual chefs who know that there is a MERCURY THERMOMETER at the reception!!!
Continuing the theme of "all inclusive" I want to stop for food. The buffet system works well, a wide selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But the freshness of the products leaves much to be desired. Especially meat, cheeses and sausages. And there is also a feeling that what was not eaten for breakfast is processed and served in a different form for lunch or dinner. Summing up, we can say that 12.238 per DAY is really too much for this place. The overall impression is DISGUSTING!! !

Learned from the hotel by accident from a friend from Anapa. Usually we go on vacation abroad, because. heard about the "Anapa" service. We were pleasantly surprised: cleanliness, tranquility, low prices in the restaurant, which is located on the territory of the hotel, good hospitable service, a teacher for young children on site. I really liked the fact that guests "from the street" did not enter the hotel. The hotel restaurant really liked the dishes, which, like the interior of the restaurant, are made in the Russian manner. I would like to note that this hotel has all the conditions for recreation with children of different ages: a children's room with toys near the pool, a fenced area especially for children, a children's menu in the restaurant. We will definitely be back next summer.

We have just come from this paradise. Amazing relaxing and comfortable stay. Cleanliness everywhere and in everything. Change of linen and towels every 3 days. Room cleaning daily. The pool is clean, I have a terrible allergy to chlorine TTTT nothing like that happened. We didn't leave the pool. the sea bloomed.

The pool is clean, I have a terrible allergy to chlorine TTTT nothing like that happened. We didn't leave the pool. the sea bloomed. But the hotel management cleaned its beach with all its might from algae. Built a pantone. Sun loungers bp on the sea, on the beach there is a children's playroom in the form of a ship with a pool.
Nowhere else have I eaten such delicious oatmeal))) And borscht in a loaf of bread is something else!!!!
The pool bar is a disaster for the wallet))) the bartenders know their business, do not leave without a delicious cocktail!!!!
Spacious rooms, extra bed one and a half sofa. There are baby cots. Ironing supplies are brought to the room upon request. Room service....well, it's when it's too lazy to eat in a restaurant))).
