Good afternoon! We went to Sochi for the New Year for a week. For the price at the time of booking, BS was the best. Moreover, the budget was limited and they did not want to overpay for the "Russian service" that was not yet known to us.
The location of the hotel is very convenient: a couple of minutes to the Olympic Park by bus (stop nearby), a 10-minute walk to the sea, and a stone's throw to Abkhazia.
The territory is bald, because plantings are not fully grown.
The room stock did not impress us with luxuries, which we did not expect, but everything is in order: good plumbing, furniture... True, there is a feeling that the hotel is new, but already a little shabby. Maybe the Tajiks did it : ) But we didn’t sit in the hotel for days, so it’s a credit.
The food is absolutely comparable to foreign hotels: everything is edible and even tasty.

I must say, the new Sochi pleasantly surprised us: we walked along the embankment with pleasure and breathed in the sea. We went to Rosa Khutor (there is a transfer, though sometimes there was not enough space) and could not believe our eyes, it seems that we were in Europe at a ski resort. We decided to stay there for two days and ride. Tracks, equipment, everything is in place. It was great to spend time outdoors doing outdoor activities. Returning to Sochi, we decided to go to Abkhazia (fortunately the hotel is right on the border) for a one-day tour, we really liked it! The weather was nice, there is almost no snow there. We visited the New Athos cave and the monastery attached to it. We went to see the sky park in Sochi, bungee jumped. In general, we spent the New Year holidays useful, active and very eventful. Of all, only probably the employees of the Biblio Globus did not work very well in the hotel, but this is no longer about the hotel.
Unfortunately, we didn’t take pictures of the rooms and the hotel (there is no such habit), so a couple of pictures of Sochi, skiing and Abkhazia.
