Good afternoon! Is it possible, being in Spain on a tourist or visitor visa, to marry a Spaniard (my fiancé) to stay there to live How to get around the "pitfalls" - a long red tape with papers for marriage? Can I get married in another European country? Please advise. Thank you!

A feature of mixed marriages in Spain is the consideration of the "marriage case" before the wedding, i.e. the bride and groom draw up a certain package of documents according to the list that they are given at the registry office.
