My family and I rested in Thailand both in March, April, and in August, and in August - 4 times, three of them in Pattaya, once in Phuket. From my observations, I can say that in Pattaya the rainy season is a great time to relax. Yes, it is more humid, yes, it can rain (and not only at night), but all this is not a burden, there is a lot of sun anyway. Warm water.
