In Egypt, the windy season, as we have autumn - the rainy season. After all, it might not rain. So it is with the winds. May start in November and end in March. The wind season "floats" in this range. In December 2005 there was no wind. And in December 2007 - there was, and in general the Egyptians complained about that cold winter.
