Of course, you can take out as much as you like from Turkey (and not only), but bring it in ... Farther...
My wife and I are going to Georgia in early September. Let's go for the first time. We're going to go wild. We arrive in Kutaisi, then we want to go to the sea (most likely to Kobuleti) for a few days and then for a couple of days in Tbilisi. Interested in relaxing at sea and visiting interesting places. Where is the cheapest place to rent a house? How much money to take with you? Where is the best place to go? Where is the best place to eat? Maybe some features? What is the best way to travel within the country (what is cheaper). What and how much can be exported from Georgia (wine, cognac)? What is worth trying, what is cheaper than ours? Thanks everyone for the replies.

1. Housing will be offered to you at the railway stations (as in the Crimea, they pounce). 2. Money-million. 3. Drive to Batumi, the national park "Mtirala" is between Kobuleti and Batumi. 4. Eat at local eateries. The cooler the restaurant, the worse the hawk-checked. The exception is if you are going for a high kune. 5. Get around by train-minibuses-budget. 6. We calmly brought wine and chacha 4l. 7. Khinkali - in the 1st turn. Khachapuri in Adjarian - I was not impressed. Farther...
From Greece we plan to bring all sorts of food "souvenirs" such as oil, wine, olives, feta, etc. As a rule, such products are sold (and better preserved) in glass jars and bottles or in tin containers (jars and containers). How can you carry all this on an airplane? Will they make you throw glass containers out of your hand luggage? And won't they throw it all away at the baggage screening? It is the subtleties of the "aircraft" baggage rules that are of interest, and not the customs ones (everything seems to be clear with them :)). We fly non-stop, on a regular flight, UIA, Kyiv-Athens-Kyiv. Thank you in advance!!!

In hand luggage it is possible only from duty free, because. you have already passed all the customs officers. And so they will force you to either leave it or pack it in your luggage. this is clear. They even take the mineral water out of hand. But in duty everything is very expensive. So buy at home an oilcloth for packing (such a pimply one) and immediately pack it into your suitcases. Hi all! Interested in such a question, how many liters of alcohol can you carry from Antalya Airport to Moscow? Thanks!

From personal experience: 2 liters in luggage, + bought in duty free and sealed in special, transparent bags. And besides, quite calmly after passing into the store, you can buy beer and carry it on board, and on board ours open the packages and safely use it. Farther...

sigur62 - it depends on where to fly from. passengers of charter flights are really practically not examined (sometimes foreigners) but when I flew from China, everyone was forced to put things on the scanner. the same thing happened before the new year from the OAU and in May from Georgia. the logic of customs officers is clear - they know what and in what quantities and from which countries people import Farther...
what kind of products can be exported from Ukraine and what does the customs let into Georgia (laundry, cigarettes, coffee tea ....) quantity?

in Georgia, upon arrival, no one checks anything. I have been to Tbilisi and Batumi. Kyiv customs can shake for Georgian wine (they also love it), but again, selectively. they didn’t touch me, but there were people from the flight whose things they asked to put on the scanner I do not advise you to bring cigarettes - they are lousy. The coffee and tea was also not particularly impressive. wine and cheeses, yes, just heaven Farther...
If you can take out two liters of alcohol, then you can also take the same amount for a child? Or children are not taken into account, but only for adults?

larissonn, do not mislead people! Have you ever flown? I think not. Otherwise, such nonsense would not be written. So. 1. In hand luggage, you can carry liquids only those bought in duty-free (after passing through air control!) on the condition of a direct flight. 2. The norms for the import of alcohol and tobacco products apply only to adult citizens. Farther...
